My complaint is when checking out, as my family and I did have a lot of items. After check out I told the lady that I really appreciate her patience's and even apologized for the items I have, she said nothing and even complained about not having her lunch break yet. I think if you didn't want to work in retail then don't, I wasn't rude, and even said thanks, the least you can do is actually communicate when someone is talking to you!

What's to not love about Target?…read more I am here for beauty products, particularly for travel makeup remover pads, ELK brand makeup, cotton swabs, bandaids, Picked up instant Starbucks coffee which I love. A birthday card, new bra, some yogurt, peanut butter, garden planter so very random stuff, right. Anyways lots nice to go where it's a one stop shop. Went to self-check with friendly employee help you when you scan an item twice. So great service. The over all ticket was less than $80 so not too bad in terms of price.

San Marcos Premium Outlets is a wonderful place for some decent to great deals. I noticed some…read morestores that have closed down or have moved locations since the last time I was here. They tend customer service ranges from decent to great depending on the store. The stores that I love going to are Coach, Victoria's Secret, Kate Spade and Watch Station. I checked out Aerie recently and liked the store as well. These stores tend to have great deals and the customer service is usually good. I appreciate that they have a food court and a couple of stands available for a snack. I tried taquitos and greens in the food court which had yummy food. Their Aunty Annie's stand is one of my favorite spots. I look forward to returning to the premium outlets.

Just like most sister stores in Austin, this Ross is half empty in the men's department. A huge…read moredifference from a recent trip to Houston where the men's department was so crammed with clothes you could barely get an item off the rack. We have money to spend here in Central Texas! Maybe our stores don't do that well in the volume department as I found some Joker Brand shorts that I had purchased a year ago at the Sunset Valley store, but didn't have my size. I hit the boys department only to find a few items that originally would have been a set with top and shorts; just the top remaining for the same price. How am I supposed to frequent Ross stores when they have the same four pairs of pants each visit? That's my problem with Ross, either some better discount outlet is beating them taking all the good stuff or they are only able to secure small amounts from other retail chains. The store was clean and the staff we encountered was friendly. Now we just need a decent selection of men's clothing to choose from. Probably two but rounded up to three stars.

Back then, an annual trip to Houston for gifts I couldn't find in Austin was a rite of Christmas. So I was hoping to recapture a bit of that magic at this store. I'd been to the Last Call stores in Austin before. I wasn't impressed. This store didn't improve on that. It's mostly a collection of one-of-a-kind clothing, with some odds-and-ends off in one corner of the store. The men's clothing was expensive and looked shopworn to boot. If you're looking for a Neiman Marcus experience, go to one of their retail stores. These stores are depressing to shop in and the store smells moldy.

I was picking things off the floor just so i can get by or someone else could move their cart 6" forward. I was already parked in the first parking slot across from the door. To top it off, I have disabilities that makes things difficult. At least the security guy at the door got my last items out & waited for me at the sidewalk. They also only had 1 cashier. There was only 3 in the line at first but by the time it was my turn, there were at least 7-8 people. There was a manager that was behind the desk that opened for 1 person ( maybe a return or exchange) & then closed it right afterwards. She was more concerned at being rude about the shopping cart not leaving the store. Their rule about the shopping carts needs to be posted. They don't mind when you load up your cart & buy alot of stuff ! And every time I've gone, the place is messy. Someone needs to look into if what they are doing is against disability regulations. I doubt that I'll be going back.
