They also have a nice selection of greeting cards, and wrapping paper. Over the last month, I've picked up such diverse items at Marc's such as Crazy Glue, painter's tape, Chocolate candy, cans of Cola, greeting cards, a bouquet of roses, canned vegetables, bottled spaghetti sauce, chili starter mix, and lottery tickets! If there's an item that I need, I can usually find it at Marc's. They don't carry every brand name, but they do have a good representation of most everything in stock, at reasonable pricing.

PREVIOUS REVIEW + UPDATE:…read more This is the 5th time there's been a pet allowed in this store since I've begun shopping here (about 6 months), and this one decided to lunge at me and my service dog. The owner went off when I told him to control his dog. He hurled profanity at me as I went for help, saying something about "rude woman" followed by "If you're even a woman." I went to the service desk for an employee who called for management. It took her 15 mins to even come to the front and check on me. I was assaulted and having a medical episode and the guy was gone. There's a cop that sits up front playing on his phone who did nothing to stop him entering in the first place. Nor did he come back to check on me, take a statement, anything. He and the manager just watched this guy leave the store. I got nothing but lip service from the manager who told me to call corporate and made excuses as to why pets being in the store is such an issue here. It's against state health code! Stop making excuses and fix the problem! If my service dog had been injured or I have to go to the hospital, the company is responsible for that for letting a pet into the store. It's not rocket science. To say I won't be returning is an understatement. UPDATE: I called the customer relations dept the Monday following the incident (6/24). I was put through to the head of customer relations, Janet. She seemed to be very concerned and said she was writing everything down. I gave her descriptions of the manager, the cop (Mac), and the employee that actually helped me. I was assured by Janet that she would be looking into this immediately, how horrible the whole thing was, blah, blah, blah. She told me she would be getting back with me that day or the next. A week passed and I called her (7/1). Her attitude was *very* different. Rather than the accommodating, horrified act I was given before, she was very short and clearly didn't care. I asked her for an update. Apparently, she talked to management, both store and regional, and "retrained them on policy" and the law. She also started to talk about how a male manager had apparently spoken with the dog owner and I had to stop her and remind her that the manager I spoke with was a woman. Janet tried to make excuses about how there must have been a shift change. You were supposedly taking notes. You knew how long I was left waiting for help. You knew HER description. Janet admitted to never following up with the manager in question. She then asked me what it was I wanted them to do. Umm, maybe make sure it never happens again (retraining doesn't cut it; there has to be follow thru), and actually speaking with those responsible? You've done nothing about the useless cops your company is paying to be there. You never even talked to the right manager. Apparently, she was going to take care of it. I never bothered calling back cause I knew nothing would happen. She finally called me another nearly 3 weeks later (7/29), a whole month after the incident to inform me...the same thing. They retrained the staff, they're so sorry, and it will never happen again. Right. Needless to say, I won't be returning to the store. I was hopeful that FOR ONCE a store was actually going to do something but clearly not. I don't believe their lip service for one minute. Shopping there isn't worth mine or my service dog's life. P.S. If anyone else has any complaints, feel free to call (216) 265-7700 and ask for Customer Relations, seeing as how they don't seem to make that number readily available.
