Most stores were sold out and here they had them in stock and well priced! He asked why the bottle I was bringing back was empty, which felt unreasonable--I wasn't sure if he expected me to bring back a half-finished drink. The situation was embarrassing and uncomfortable. I wouldn't have made a big deal about a refund, but the way I was treated made this experience unacceptable. I hope the business improves on how customers are treated.

They were closing at the time and still let me in to grab some small travel size things for my next flight out of town. The isles looked exactly the same as any other one. The parking lot was quite dirty with papers and trash everywhere but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt tonight because it was super windy. Other than that same ol, same ol. My favorite places to go in this plaza are Target, Starbucks (inside Target), ULTA Beauty, The Salon at ULTA, Kohl's, Panera, Rise Pies, and The Vitamin Shoppe. I'll sometimes venture into other stores as well. The only complaint I really have is the parking lot, which could be organized to keep traffic flowing much better than it currently is. Be prepared for tons of traffic in this plaza, especially on weekends. There are some vacant retail spaces right now, and I'm hoping they will keep filling up as they have been recently. I think this plaza could really benefit from a good restaurant or a grocery store. Overall, I would recommend shopping here. It's a convenient location in the center of Boardman. There are lots of great options here for everyone, and it's beautiful having the park scenery right in the background within walking distance!
