Anywho.. everything is a dollar as we all know. This store was pretty clean and the customer service was good and everyone looked presentable. They were closing at the time and still let me in to grab some small travel size things for my next flight out of town. The isles looked exactly the same as any other one. I found what I needed with ease and was out of there within 5 minutes. The parking lot was quite dirty with papers and trash everywhere but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt tonight because it was super windy. Other than that same ol, same ol. No different from any other dollar tree. Woopdy doo!

Honestly, these stores serve a purpose (I guess). If you need reasonably priced balloons for a party or need to pick up candy to smuggle into the theater, this is your spot. We had made plans for the day. We called them and got the cable t.v. treatment. They told us they might show up sometime between x and y. They tried to make it sound as if it was our fault somehow. We were told the reason we were on the bottom of the delivery list was because we were in Salem, Ohio. Then why do you have a store down here. We should have went with the big, new chain store. Very disappointing!

They were very polite (saw my carpet and immediately asked if I wanted them to wear booties). Didn't take long at all for everything to be set up and they cleaned up after themselves (even shut the door behind them which I've never had repair people or delivery people do). The mattress is absolutely perfect for us. We made a great choice, and bonus for getting to support a local business in the process. This is the place to go. Hands down. Customers for life, here.

It's always odd to see a mall store pop up in an outlet mall and not offer outlet prices. I know…read morethere are outdoor shopping centers, but Grove City is not and has not been one of those. It has always been an outlet mall and to have stores like this start to encroach into the outlet mall is not cool, in my book at least. I know all shopping centers are looking for ways to stay relevant and keep their doors open, but if I wanted to pay full price, I would have found a mall with this store in it. Not make a destination shopping trip to be robbed of a spot for discounted items. Being and outdoor outlet mall it is always weird to see a mall based store try to fit in. But once you walk in the door, it's as if you just came off the mall concourse. There is nothing special here and that hits home when there isn't much selection, no difference in appearance, and pricing is as if you can't get these shoes anywhere else. I didn't enjoy it in here the least. The employees themselves even looked like they didn't want to be in here. We weren't greeted or helped. So it was a quick stop and back outside we went.
