I went in today with the watch and was treated beyond rudely. I never wore the watch so clearly they sold my boyfriend a used movado for 675.00. I didn't want the money I want to pay the difference and have them order me a different one. Kay Jewelers is a great choice if you're looking for classy, excellent quality, high-end jewelry…read morethat will last a lifetime! I have always received phenomenal customer service here! My boyfriend recently bought me a necklace here and it's absolutely beautiful. I get tons of compliments on it, and you can tell that it's very high quality white gold and diamonds that will last even with wearing it every single day. Staff members here are always willing to help and answer any questions. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I have never had a problem with any piece of jewelry from here, whereas with some other jewelers I would always need to get repairs on their jewelry. The only improvement that may be beneficial to the Southern Park Kay's is to carry more items in-store, as there's always a much better selection online, and often times people would like to see the item in person before purchasing. Aside from that, the store is clean, organized, and easy to shop. Overall I would absolutely recommend checking out Kay's for gorgeous high quality jewelry that will last forever!

We were told the reason we were on the bottom of the delivery list was because we were in Salem, Ohio. Then why do you have a store down here. We should have went with the big, new chain store. They were very polite (saw my carpet and immediately asked if I wanted them to wear booties). The mattress is absolutely perfect for us. We made a great choice, and bonus for getting to support a local business in the process. This is the place to go. Hands down. Customers for life, here.
