Most recently, I brought them an iphone that wouldn't charge or turn on. I was initially resigned to replacing the damn thing which would've cost me $700 to $1,000. Then I remembered Fone Fixers in my neighborhood. They fixed it in 15 minutes and charged me twenty American dollars! Fast, friendly, priced right. I cannot implore you enough to make Fone Fixers your first stop when you have smartphone issues.

If you are looking for a new phone or just any service, any of the associates there are more than callable to help. But Matt is the man, he listened, didn't try to sale me anything. I mean he did, but it was professional and not overbearing, it was conversational like it should be. I bought an accessory just cause he was helping me. He even drove to another store because one of our phones were unavailable at the Austintown location. If it wasn't for him tonight we would've canceled our brand new plan and stayed with our current carrier. I called and called the store multiple times as did my business partner with no answer. finally after a few weeks Trevor returned our call and said he would give us better internet and if that didn't work he would refund everything. you guessed it, it didn't work so again we called and called and called with no answer. mind you this is his personal number and the store.
