Everyone here is nice but I was helped by Matt. This guy was super cool and laid back. If you are looking for a new phone or just any service, any of the associates there are more than callable to help. But Matt is the man, he listened, didn't try to sale me anything. I mean he did, but it was professional and not overbearing, it was conversational like it should be. I bought an accessory just cause he was helping me. Without going too much into detail, I had a lot going on leading up to getting a new phone. He made the experience so good I wasn't worried about anything. Go see Matt. Thanks bro.

He even drove to another store because one of our phones were unavailable at the Austintown location. If it wasn't for him tonight we would've canceled our brand new plan and stayed with our current carrier. He fixed the mess made by the previous rep and spent over 3 hours with us getting everything straightened out. He definitely deserves a raise and a promotion! I took it in to the Verizon store and they kindly told me it was all over and I should look at picking up a used phone - it seems the Note 2s are going cheap on eBay. But then I was directed to GetMoe and on the SAME DAY I took in my dead phone, Moe had it back and running! Like MAGIC! I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands. If your cell phone is busted - go see Moe! NOTE: GetMoe may not be open right at ten am. Call ahead if you're making a trip to the store, and make sure they're open.

Not a hello, not, I'm sorry but......his attitude said "get out", which I did. ATT needs to get their employee training together, because that one experience is driving me to change companies. There were apparently no other employees at the store. Not to mention the other issue of trying to call them for help and having to wait on hold for 45 minutes. Apparently they are so big, they simply don't care about one customer. I'll try some other companies to see if they are any better, but I'm not accepting this awful customer service. No one should.

I dropped my phone off with them and they had it for over a month with no kind of updates to me…read morewhatsoever. Meaning they never called me. I had to keep calling them for any update. I show up today and was just given my old phone back the way I gave it to them because they said it can't be repaired, nothing they did was making it better. They are giving me a partial refund on the deposit I made; which is nice; but I think it's safe to say I will not be going back to them with any of my other devices because it took so long only to find out they can't do anything
