The colors were all washed out and dim. This was after we waited weeks for them the finish it. They kept telling us that the part was on order and wasn't in yet. My guess is that they may have used an aftermarket part, and not an original HP part to replace the screen and the driver. Very unhappy with the result. After they replaced it and turned it on, they could easily see that the screen behavior was sub-par, but they went ahead and gave it back to us. I would be very wary about using their services in the future.

We came back to the store and the same rep stated the port could take 3-5 days. My aunt asked for a refund then and the representative refused the refund because he claims the issue is not his fault. Metropcs the company has a 14 day in store return policy that this retailer refuses to honor. Save yourself the money and go literally anywhere else or only shop on metropcs website. I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THIS RETAILER!!!
