Within 15 minutes of entering the building, he had a solution to the broken glasses, repaired them, and we were on our way!! When I called for my prescription information they wouldn't give it to me over the phone. After picking it up they left out one number (PD number). When I called asking for it they wanted $5 dollars. Ridiculous!!! I realize they don't want to lose business but this really did the opposite for them.. They really did lose my business.
