Said nothing untoward, no bad language not loud. The clerk said all she needed was name an adress. I just finished saying "i can do that" when the good doctor came out and said "Office policy, if you dont like it, get out" Well I did just that. Plenty of other optometrists out there.

We were outside the warranty, however, Steven was able to find a frame, on site, at an extremely reasonable price, that he could put my wife's lenses' in! Within 15 minutes of entering the building, he had a solution to the broken glasses, repaired them, and we were on our way!! His level of service, and willingness to go the extra mile to solve this issue, is VERY much appreciated. We are very proud to have a local business in our community that serves our area so well. When I called for my prescription information they wouldn't give it to me over the phone. After picking it up they left out one number (PD number). When I called asking for it they wanted $5 dollars. Ridiculous!!! I realize they don't want to lose business but this really did the opposite for them.. They really did lose my business. They won't be seeing me when I'm due for another exam and glasses.
