I haven't been to get my eyes checked in a long time..I feel bad that they were busy,.. but love, love how much they spend with each customer!.. I had an awesome experience! When I pick up my glasses, there was a customer already there, they were helping him.. another person came in. She did not have patience ( shame on her)! She could clearly see one person ( Steve) I think that's his name.... He did an awesome job , I had to wait, but did not care.. he is so thorough.. which is great!!. Hello.Stopped at Steven's Optical this morning as my wife's glasses broke over the weekend. The arm broke off the frame. We were outside the warranty, however, Steven was able to find a frame, on site, at an extremely reasonable price, that he could put my wife's lenses' in! Within 15 minutes of entering the building, he had a solution to the broken glasses, repaired them, and we were on our way!! His level of service, and willingness to go the extra mile to solve this issue, is VERY much appreciated. We are very proud to have a local business in our community that serves our area so well. what a great store. the service was unbelievable my glasses, which I got there, were so damaged they couldn't be repaired. The technician looked up. My recordsand my glasses were completely covered. I am extremely impressed with the entire staff. I had a difficult case and they did everything they could to resolve the issue.
