I always have a very good experience and feel my questions and concerns are fully answered. I trust them to conduct all the tests needed for me and the testing process always seems super thorough to me with the reading tests, lens tests, light tests, etc. I am given the glaucoma test each time I go because my family history means I am likely to inherit the condition and she very kindly does the puff test for me since I prefer it. Because I am lucky enough to enjoy very good vision at the moment, I have never had to order prescription glasses or contacts. However, I would certainly trust their prescription and recommendations and I know they work with my insurance to get what expenses they can of my costs covered. I would certainly highly recommend Family Vision Care of Alliance for anyone in the area looking for a wonderful vision care experience.

We tried 3 times to have this resolved and with the insurance company on the conference call with them. On 2 separate occasions they agreed to rebill and then never sent it. Beware!
