Doc took a lot of time to explain all the choices in lenses and how they would help my vision. I'm a photographer and understand optics. It was great to find an optician who spoke on the same level, rather than just saying, this is what you need. Good things cost money. Doc did not offer to sell me cheap junk. The prescription was right the first time, and improved my quality of life. The office staff helped me with my insurance, and made calls oin my behalf. Upon my arrival I waited over an hour past my appointment time to get in to have my exam. Upon checking out I was given (2) Pair of trial contacts and asked for $120. I owed $120 for the exam, contact & prescription exam & lenses that were trials. Mind you THIS WAS ON TOP OF THEM CHARGING MY INSURANCE ALL OF MY ALLOWANCE FOR THE YEAR! So I Paid $120 Dollars and then they claimed every bit of my yearly allowance for 2 trial pair of contacts. Upon leaving their facility I could immediately tell my prescription wasn't right as everything was blurry. I then used those 2 pair of trial lenses to make it to my normal eye doctor once he opened back up. Upon going to my normal eye dr to have an exam I paid the $85 dollars for the exam & prescription and told the cashier I should have an allowance towards lenses being that I only received trial lenses. She then told me that I have no allowance for anything until 1/1/2021! I contacted Stevens optical and to my complete surprise I was treated like a complete idiot! The moment I began speaking with the Gentleman there he was immediately on Defense mode & wanting to argue. His tone was as if he was annoyed & put out of his way to deal with my concern. He began telling me the charges that are seperate for the contact exam & eyeglass exam. I then told him "The prescription is the same how is there a difference in that". Once I said that his response was "WELL IF YOU CANT COMPREHEND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CONTACT LENSE EXAM & EYEGLASS EXAM I AM NOT SURE HOW WE ARE GOING TO BE ABLE TO CONTINUE THIS CONVERSATION". I said "Oh thats nice Insulting my intelligence, I will just contact the BBB". He THEN HUNG UP ON ME! After a few minutes he called me back on my work phone & got my boss WHO HAS DEALT WITH THEIR COMPANY & GOT SCREWED AS WELL! My Boss told him I am not available to talk as I was with a customer & Hung up on him. I wouldnt recommend this place to absolutely anyone! If you are looking to get taken advantage of & spoke to like an idiot ... This Is your Place!

I always used the proper methods of cleaning and they all were useless after 4-5 months. The old saying is true, "you get what you pay for".
