I have gone there to get contacts and first to start the website hours are wrong and then when you try to talk to someone about it they literally tell you oh wow I'm sorry but that sucks I don't have any control over that. You work for the company you can inform someone that they have control over and I am a guest you don't talk to me like I am crap. Then trying to make an eye appointment to where I can take off work is near impossible. It took me six weeks before I can even get an appointment and I took off work three times for an appointment but they had to reschedule me. Then the trial Contacts, you have to pick them up when they are open and I am a teacher so I work from 8 to 4 which is teacher hours. I asked him if I can have someone else pick them up they told me yes. Then when I said the person into pick up my contacts with my drivers license and called them to tell them that they would be picking them up the reductions told me that that was not allowed and whoever I talk to you didn't know what they were talking about. So then I attempted to pick up my contacts a different time and the place closes at 12 and when I asked what their hours were and they told me they were open from 8 to 4 so I left work early to go pick up my contacts to a business that was closed.
