RUN DONT WALK!!!! My first screen repair 1 year ago went…read morewell $400 My 2nd screen repair 1 month ago was a fail $200 Upon repair pickup the phone seemed to work but my back of my phone was cracked and acted like it was like that in which it was not my phone has resided in a case it's entire existence. During the 1st week you could not have the phone plugged in and use the screen as it was glitching and pixelating. 2nd week the phone said water or debris in the port and was never water damaged at any point. Now the screen has a loose connection and will work if you push on the screen. CPR of niles said they have trouble with the replacement of a Samsung s23 ultra screen. This was never mentioned before the repair. And now want $300 more to attempt a 2nd repair out of my wallet. To top it off the employee said I was 2 months out of warranty when it is actually 5 days out of warranty. So inability to repair a s23 ultra as well as math is not their strong point either. So long story short this place ruined a $1400.00 phone and denied any warranty even though it was 5 days past and keep in mind they were closed for the holidays which hampered my efforts to a timely consultation for the malfunctioning repair.

Well I was sitting in the Lobby for about 30 min or so then Dan comes out saying they couldn't fix it and I was like why is my screen completely lifted and green and he said it was already like that when they got it and they literally didn't know I had just taken a picture of how my phone was and it was still working with no problems. I just needed the line off the screen. Dan then said to me I'm sorry it's nothing I can do after they messed my whole phone up and I had caught a uber there but I had to walk over 6 miles to get back home because I couldn't use my phone anymore and he looked up a cab service number after I asked him since they messed u my phone and the cab was $80 if they would have came. Stay away from this place.

I say this because we walked in soon after they opened and there was three people ahead of us. I noticed only one salesperson but assumed there was at least one or more in the backroom or something but this wasn't the case. This young lady was by herself but did such a fantastic job at handling it, it was worthy of a review. I wish I could remember her name but at times she was handling more than one customer at a time and do so more than efficiently. She was apologetic and was pleasant and even smiling throughout our time in the store. Man do I wish I remember her name as she definitely deserves a shout out and even a raise. Most of the staff lacks common courtesy. They don't excuse or explain themselves before walking…read moreaway mid-transaction to talk with other staff. They don't acknowledge it when they return; just act like there was no interruption. They never apologize or acknowledge it when they've made a mistake. They hold loud personal conversations right next to you when you are trying to hear what your salesman is saying. No manners, no couth, no courtesy.

I asked him to give my info to his boss and he said that he would. It's been almost 2 weeks without any contact. I would strongly urge people that go to this store to make sure they aren't adding features to your account without you knowing. It seems like it may be encouraged.

The asst manager could not refund my funds because he "didn't have the code" during my 45 min lunch time from work. While purchasing the accessories the week before I had to ask the staff member if she was "always this pleasant"; her demeanor was not welcoming or helpful and felt disrespectful. I highly recommend that folks just shop at a real Verizon store. Had I know the difference and level of customer service , I would have made a different decision for the purchase. Don't get stuck with faulty product like I seem to be.

I sat there for an hour, picking out a new phone and having the rep switch all my stuff over to the new phone. I could stomach the $35 fee to make the changes, and the $25 fee to load up the new phone, but then they told me that I wasn't eligible for the plan after all. I was going to have to pay a difference of $400 or get a more expensive phone plan. I felt so cheated! I had them switch everything back and left the store. What a waste of my time! I'm so disappointed with Verizon!
