I noticed only one salesperson but assumed there was at least one or more in the backroom or something but this wasn't the case. This young lady was by herself but did such a fantastic job at handling it, it was worthy of a review. I wish I could remember her name but at times she was handling more than one customer at a time and do so more than efficiently. She was apologetic and was pleasant and even smiling throughout our time in the store. Man do I wish I remember her name as she definitely deserves a shout out and even a raise. I took it in to the Verizon store and they kindly told me it was all over and I should look at picking up a used phone - it seems the Note 2s are going cheap on eBay. But then I was directed to GetMoe and on the SAME DAY I took in my dead phone, Moe had it back and running! Like MAGIC! I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands. If your cell phone is busted - go see Moe! NOTE: GetMoe may not be open right at ten am. Call ahead if you're making a trip to the store, and make sure they're open.

I called and called the store multiple times as did my business partner with no answer. finally after a few weeks Trevor returned our call and said he would give us better internet and if that didn't work he would refund everything. you guessed it, it didn't work so again we called and called and called with no answer. mind you this is his personal number and the store. I finally went in and they told me they had no idea who I was and that I would need to speak with Trevor who was not there because he was conveniently out traveling. My first screen repair 1 year ago went…read morewell $400 My 2nd screen repair 1 month ago was a fail $200 Upon repair pickup the phone seemed to work but my back of my phone was cracked and acted like it was like that in which it was not my phone has resided in a case it's entire existence. During the 1st week you could not have the phone plugged in and use the screen as it was glitching and pixelating. 2nd week the phone said water or debris in the port and was never water damaged at any point. Now the screen has a loose connection and will work if you push on the screen. CPR of niles said they have trouble with the replacement of a Samsung s23 ultra screen. This was never mentioned before the repair. And now want $300 more to attempt a 2nd repair out of my wallet. To top it off the employee said I was 2 months out of warranty when it is actually 5 days out of warranty. So inability to repair a s23 ultra as well as math is not their strong point either. So long story short this place ruined a $1400.00 phone and denied any warranty even though it was 5 days past and keep in mind they were closed for the holidays which hampered my efforts to a timely consultation for the malfunctioning repair.

Dan then said to me I'm sorry it's nothing I can do after they messed my whole phone up and I had caught a uber there but I had to walk over 6 miles to get back home because I couldn't use my phone anymore and he looked up a cab service number after I asked him since they messed u my phone and the cab was $80 if they would have came. The asst manager could not refund my funds because he "didn't have the code" during my 45 min lunch time from work. While purchasing the accessories the week before I had to ask the staff member if she was "always this pleasant"; her demeanor was not welcoming or helpful and felt disrespectful. I highly recommend that folks just shop at a real Verizon store. Had I know the difference and level of customer service , I would have made a different decision for the purchase. Don't get stuck with faulty product like I seem to be.

I sat there for an hour, picking out a new phone and having the rep switch all my stuff over to the new phone. I could stomach the $35 fee to make the changes, and the $25 fee to load up the new phone, but then they told me that I wasn't eligible for the plan after all. I was going to have to pay a difference of $400 or get a more expensive phone plan. I felt so cheated! I had them switch everything back and left the store. What a waste of my time! I'm so disappointed with Verizon!

Someone got into my Spectrum account and ported my landline phone number to Tracfone. Tracfone…read morewants Spectrum to send an email confirming my "seniority" of the phone number before they can get the phone number back to me. Spectrum refuses to do that. They gave me a new number and I am trying to cancel my landline, but they say I have to keep service until the end of the month and pay for it because "it is in their terms and conditions". I have spent HOURS on the phone with them trying to get this straightened out and they are sorry, but they can't do anything to help me. No partial credit, no free month of internet, nothing. I guess this should be all I lost in the theft of my identity. But that they can't do anything because it was ported out following the "proper procedures" (even if I have a police report) is beyond irritating. Grrrr. I suppose it's just as well I can't get the number back since it is now connected to someone else.
