Unfortunately I had a negative experience with both the purchase of and returning of accessories. I was at the store for over 45 minutes today trying to return two wireless charging pads that were not working, the staff at the store also tried them and they were faulty. The asst manager could not refund my funds because he "didn't have the code" during my 45 min lunch time from work. While purchasing the accessories the week before I had to ask the staff member if she was "always this pleasant"; her demeanor was not welcoming or helpful and felt disrespectful. I highly recommend that folks just shop at a real Verizon store. Had I know the difference and level of customer service , I would have made a different decision for the purchase. I called Verizon customer service twice to make sure that I was eligible for a phone upgrade. Then I drove 40 minutes to get there and I confirmed it with the rep in the store. I sat there for an hour, picking out a new phone and having the rep switch all my stuff over to the new phone. I could stomach the $35 fee to make the changes, and the $25 fee to load up the new phone, but then they told me that I wasn't eligible for the plan after all. I was going to have to pay a difference of $400 or get a more expensive phone plan. I felt so cheated! I had them switch everything back and left the store. What a waste of my time! Welp, I won't be back here again! I came in with the intention of switching one phone to another. I advised the representative that I wanted to wipe clean the one phone and move the contents of the other onto the other phone. The only thing that was done for me was a SIM card swap. Great. I went home and had to do it all myself. I guess she was uninterested in helping because I wasn't spending any money, but please don't act like you've done everything I asked, knowing you didn't! I rather visit another location who focuses more on ensuring a positive customer experience. read more

I was having trouble with my IPhone 7 S that I bought there one year ago, it was sporadically charging..the gentleman jammed a toothpick into my charging port, said that was the problem...and unfortunately it wasnt covered. It would be 200$ to fix it. I went next door to Broke Ass Phone and they tested my phone and said it was a problem with the motherboard being defective, and they wouldn't replace the charging port because that was not the problem. I then went to the authorized Verizon store on 422 and they said it was the motherboard and I got a complete new phone for free because I had insurance. The gentlemen who "helped" me did nothing and I will NEVER go to that store again.... read more

vague and dishonest. from the moment I got home and realized I didn't receive any sort of receipt, to check that, in fact, my car charger would work with my new phone when told it wouldn't in an attempt to sell me another one. sold me a leftover galaxy note 9 for $1000 and was told the note 10's were over $1200. looked online and note 10's were only $949. went back to return everything and was told that my old phone would not reconnect to the network if I returned the new phone. I had already reconnected my old phone back to network and disconnected new one to return before stopping back in to return equipment. read more
