I called and called the store multiple times as did my business partner with no answer. finally after a few weeks Trevor returned our call and said he would give us better internet and if that didn't work he would refund everything. you guessed it, it didn't work so again we called and called and called with no answer. mind you this is his personal number and the store. I finally went in and they told me they had no idea who I was and that I would need to speak with Trevor who was not there because he was conveniently out traveling. They're now trying to charge me for a service that never worked.

They have been charging me for one of the phones for the last 4 months and it is suppose to be free. I have been calling Customer Service, which is no help, cannot speak English and I even went in-person to the store where we purchased the phones and was told this will be resolved but still is not. And I was also told that since I purchased the phones in Jan that there is a new plan that came out...Imagine that... I doubt it. The Rep was not making sense and was talking in circles. Someone got into my Spectrum account and ported my landline phone number to Tracfone. Tracfone…read morewants Spectrum to send an email confirming my "seniority" of the phone number before they can get the phone number back to me. Spectrum refuses to do that. They gave me a new number and I am trying to cancel my landline, but they say I have to keep service until the end of the month and pay for it because "it is in their terms and conditions". I have spent HOURS on the phone with them trying to get this straightened out and they are sorry, but they can't do anything to help me. No partial credit, no free month of internet, nothing. I guess this should be all I lost in the theft of my identity. But that they can't do anything because it was ported out following the "proper procedures" (even if I have a police report) is beyond irritating. Grrrr. I suppose it's just as well I can't get the number back since it is now connected to someone else.
