Every week there was some new employee here they hired, and that person had no idea where the last guy left off from the week before, and good luck getting a hold of the man in charge. You will be ignored for weeks on end until he sees fit to get back to you. Stopped in to see if AT&T was competitive with my present carrier, whose contract is about to…read moreexpire. Was met by an arrogant young man. When I asked him a question, said that HE was the manager and we would have to wait on a representative. Met with the representative who seemed to be more interested in his tablet than me. He asked a few questions and went back to looking at his tablet. When I asked what a particular plan would cost he said $xxx, plus taxes and fees. When I asked what the taxes and fees would be, his response was "between 10 and 25". NICE..I have no idea of my total cost. When I asked if they would buy out my current contract if I switched... he laughed and said only companies that were going out of business make that offer. (Sprint currently makes that offer) With that rude remark, I told him that the meeting was over, and walked out. I would drive to Alliance or Boardman to avoid be treated like I was treated in the Salem store.
