Myself, husband and two children all ordered new phones from this location December 2022. All 4…read morephones were back ordered. Three of the four phones were received in a timely manner. One phone was supposedly "delivered". Unfortunately, when we went to open the box from Verizon it was apparent, from the bottom of the ripped box, that the phone had been stolen. I tried reporting the stolen phone to Verizon Customer Service that same day & to no avail after one hour of being passed around from one department to another & from one customer service person to another, I did not have any success in getting the problem resolved. Therefore, I decided to go to the Salem store where phones were ordered for their assistance in handling the stolen phone. Mike at the store was a huge help! He made numerous phone calls & spoke w/many departments - after 3 hours the stolen phone was finally documented. Mike was not happy w/the Verizon customer service but he was persistent & determined to help me. After numerous follow up calls on my part, I am happy to say after a month from the "delivery" of the stolen phone, I finally received my new phone. Sam at this location was very helpful in setting up my new phone & was willing to help me w/any questions I had (I am not very tech savvy so had many questions). I also would like to say Cory who helped us order the four phones in early December 2022 was very nice & helpful too. My bill ended up being $40/month more than I was initially told by the sales representative. I was charged absurd fees due to trying to get my bill corrected. But even after cancelling my contract, I didn't get refunded the money I had already paid. $750 for two lines with 2GB of data for 3 months of service. That's insane! Plus $50 infinity screen protectors, $50 phone cases, not to mention apps that we're bought. So I've spent close to $1,000 with Verizon in 3 months! No refunds. Even the activation fees were $50 each line! Terrible! I could have bought our pixels and went to prepaid for this amount of money!
