I stopped in to drop off a FedEx shipment and stood at the counter waiting for at least 10 minutes before anyone showed up to help. There was no one else being helped and no indication that someone would be back shortly. When an employee finally came to the counter, he didn't acknowledge the wait or offer even a simple apology. Basic customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. If Walgreens is going to offer FedEx drop-off services, they should make sure someone is actually available to assist customers in a timely manner. Very disappointing.

Plus there are now an excessive amount of air fresheners scattered across the bathroom to cover up the horrible smell from lack of cleaning. The store includes a CVS Pharmacy, as well as a CVS MinuteClinic. Staff members are helpful and friendly. It is overall a pretty clean and organized store; however, the bathrooms are horrendous. I probably would have given this place 4 stars if it weren't for the disgusting state of the restrooms. If you're looking for a pharmacy or basic convenience items, this place is overall a great option and has a lot to offer compared to other drugstores.
