Top quality products, super fast FREE shipping, wide range of products and their costumer service is excellent. Website is easy to maneuver around and they always have some sort of deal flashing on the top of the screen. Products have descriptions that are helpful but I promise you, if you need assistance someone will kindly oblige. No exaggeration, I have used dozens of suppliers but have stopped using anyone else over a yr ago upon discovering this place. Cannot speak on the physical location(s) but I can't imagine the experience being anything less than stellar. read more

Ive used kratom for years from diffferent companies. Quality was always questionable, sometimes they would send the wrong strains. Until Pa Botanicals, they have the best prices and promotions. And the quality is always on point. The fibro kratom mixed with cbd was a game changer for my fibromyalgia and chronic pain. I don't use it everyday, but when my pain is too much to deal with, it always does the job! read more

Usually in life, you either pay alot extra for good customer service and quality, or take solace in the great deal you got. With these people, you seriously get both. I've been lucky enough to do business with them before their brick and mortar locations were even a thing. Don't get me wrong, I loved the first time I stepped into the hermitage store, and was pleasantly surprised when the East Carson St location opened. It is still just so shocking to me when someone expands and yet still manages to treat you like family. If you give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. read more

I would have to say buyer beware of PA Botanical.... They were my go-to vendor for four years! I have ordered in bulk twice (4+ Kilos). About two years ago, I got a batch that had a lot of chunks in it, pieces you can choke on! I emailed them, and they said it was due to the sterilization process... I let it go from there but in the past year, the chunks have become so large to the point that it's not safe to consume their kratom. My girlfriend got Red Fibro and choked on a chunk. I bought a batch of Kurt's blend, and I choked on a piece that's comparable to a size of a quarter! Picture attached! After emailing them again I was told they are using a new machine from a guy to help eliminate the kratom chunks and asked if we had any problems with my last two orders after the use of the machine... We did indeed have one order with chunks in it which was the Red Fibro my girlfriend got and last week I ordered a 8oz package of Red Bali. I have pulled out 4 chunks from the bag an it has hardly been used. Two are the size of dimes. Picture attached! In fact even their third party review site Trust Pilot that hosted their review banned them from using the site due to them being a bad fit, fake, malicious or false reviews! Do a google search for PA botanicals and trust pilot will come up but when you go to access it it's blocked with the reason why. My girlfriend and I have used many other vendors, and not a single one of them has ever had a chunk in it, even the nano grinds. We always use AKA approved vendors so the kratom is tested. Buyer beware! read more

Decent product but a total crapshoot to go to the physical store and buy something. You never know if they're gonna be open. It would be nice if management or someone at the store would get a goddamn phone at the store, so maybe customers could call to make sure they're open. It's total bullshit. The last few times I came out the store was closed, during supposed normal business hours. As I said total bullshit ,thanks for wasting my gas and time multiple times. read more

The owners and workers are super helpful and friendly! Much love to Laura:) The kratom is potent, very high quality, packaged sturdy. Great prices and great kratom! Red Maeng Da (Red MD) is great for pain and energy. One of my faves! Red fibro is great for pain too! read more

I've order Kratom from other companies online in the past but never again. PA Botanicals always has a quality product, awesome service (thanks Jessica and Ruth), quick delivery, and at a great price! read more

The staff here is so friendly and INCREDIBLY helpful. The prices for kratom at PA Botanicals are incredibly cheap, i almost feel bad getting so much for how little they charge. The woman who's been at the register the last few times i've been in (i haven't gotten her name yet) is very knowledgeable about the different strands and she is so sweet and kind. I genuinely cannot thank you guys enough, the store is wonderful, keep it up! read more

Comprehensive and friendly customer service, expansive knowledge of their products, and speedy shipping. These guys are the best!

Just sampled some CBD oil from there, and while I've tried their hemp bud before too, what I really like is the kratom. I'd go through a lot of the stuff buying it elsewhere, but upon discovering this place I've been a regular. I'd say their pricing is the best, they've a lot of options, and even have some loyalty program, veteran discounts, etc. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and just plain good business. "You want a few hundred customized capsules? Oh, we'll have it ready for you in a day." They'd prob have stuff at the ready for you right then and there, too, but that's what I'm talking about. read more

I always use these guys. The blends are the best I've found so far and I've been digging for the best deals AND quality for a long time and after ordering from tons of different vendors I don't even look around any more... I just go to PA Botanicals. read more

This place is just fantastic! Owners are very friendly, they have a large selection of e liquids and flavors, the best prices in the area, and they give great deals when you shop there. They also set up your vape pen when you buy one from then. This will be my regular shop! :) Did I mention they have the best deals and prices in town? Definitely the place to be for vape needs and herbal teas and kratom! read more

I only clicked 1 star because I cannot do 0. Ripoff artists here. Ordered 1 Kg of Kratom on Sept. 23rd. When I received my order on Sept 29th (they lie about same day shipping so don't hold your breath), it was NOT even my order. They sent me an order for someone else who ordered 8 ozs only. I emailed them 2 times and called them 2 times. No response for almost a month. After I called my credit card company to dispute the charge because I'm not paying $109.00 for an item that costs $32.00 ( I know because I have the invoice for the other person that they placed in the package. Even though I told them that they delivered the wrong package and I got way less than I paid for, they ignored me. Until I disputed it that is. Then I get an email in the middle of the night from someone who signed the email as "kurt" but says from Jessica Goodwill in the header, threatening me with legal action because I will not be ripped off and pay $109 to be ripped off. Scam artists, scumbags, and just overall Assholes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. SEARCH THE WEB. MANY, MANY COMPLAINTS OF FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR FROM THESE PEOPLE. read more
