I would have to say buyer beware of PA Botanical.... They were my go-to vendor for four years! I have ordered in bulk twice (4+ Kilos). About two years ago, I got a batch that had a lot of chunks in it, pieces you can choke on! I emailed them, and they said it was due to the sterilization process... I let it go from there but in the past year, the chunks have become so large to the point that it's not safe to consume their kratom. My girlfriend got Red Fibro and choked on a chunk. I bought a batch of Kurt's blend, and I choked on a piece that's comparable to a size of a quarter! Picture attached! After emailing them again I was told they are using a new machine from a guy to help eliminate the kratom chunks and asked if we had any problems with my last two orders after the use of the machine... We did indeed have one order with chunks in it which was the Red Fibro my girlfriend got and last week I ordered a 8oz package of Red Bali. I have pulled out 4 chunks from the bag an it has hardly been used. Two are the size of dimes. Picture attached! In fact even their third party review site Trust Pilot that hosted their review banned them from using the site due to them being a bad fit, fake, malicious or false reviews! Do a google search for PA botanicals and trust pilot will come up but when you go to access it it's blocked with the reason why. My girlfriend and I have used many other vendors, and not a single one of them has ever had a chunk in it, even the nano grinds. We always use AKA approved vendors so the kratom is tested. Decent product but a total crapshoot to go to the physical store and buy something. You never know if they're gonna be open. It would be nice if management or someone at the store would get a goddamn phone at the store, so maybe customers could call to make sure they're open. It's total bullshit. The last few times I came out the store was closed, during supposed normal business hours. As I said total bullshit ,thanks for wasting my gas and time multiple times. read more

The staff here is so friendly and INCREDIBLY helpful. The prices for kratom at PA Botanicals are incredibly cheap, i almost feel bad getting so much for how little they charge. Just sampled some CBD oil from there, and while I've tried their hemp bud before too, what I really like is the kratom. I'd go through a lot of the stuff buying it elsewhere, but upon discovering this place I've been a regular. I'd say their pricing is the best, they've a lot of options, and even have some loyalty program, veteran discounts, etc. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and just plain good business. "You want a few hundred customized capsules? Oh, we'll have it ready for you in a day." I only clicked 1 star because I cannot do 0. Ripoff artists here. Ordered 1 Kg of Kratom on Sept. 23rd. When I received my order on Sept 29th (they lie about same day shipping so don't hold your breath), it was NOT even my order. They sent me an order for someone else who ordered 8 ozs only. I emailed them 2 times and called them 2 times. No response for almost a month. After I called my credit card company to dispute the charge because I'm not paying $109.00 for an item that costs $32.00 ( I know because I have the invoice for the other person that they placed in the package. Even though I told them that they delivered the wrong package and I got way less than I paid for, they ignored me. Until I disputed it that is. Then I get an email in the middle of the night from someone who signed the email as "kurt" but says from Jessica Goodwill in the header, threatening me with legal action because I will not be ripped off and pay $109 to be ripped off.
