I stopped in to drop off a FedEx shipment and stood at the counter waiting for at least 10 minutes before anyone showed up to help. There was no one else being helped and no indication that someone would be back shortly. When an employee finally came to the counter, he didn't acknowledge the wait or offer even a simple apology. Basic customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. If Walgreens is going to offer FedEx drop-off services, they should make sure someone is actually available to assist customers in a timely manner. Very disappointing.

They apparently don't ask anyone to leave the line to wait if their order is not ready, forcing all other cars behind to just sit. Plus there are now an excessive amount of air fresheners scattered across the bathroom to cover up the horrible smell from lack of cleaning. A lot of people, including myself, are sensitive to fragrances (especially when there are so many in one small space), and I got horribly sick with a migraine after being in this restroom for just a few minutes.

What a poop show. 2nd( and last ) time my script has taken 40 min plus. I sent in the refill 3 days…read moreago. I'm in the drive through trying to avoid the chaos inside. The girl tells me I can't use a discount card through the drive through. So I offer to pay full price. Then that won't work cause there's a problem with my script. I need to get out of line. So I go inside. I'm in line waiting while there's a problem with the 2 in front of me. Then I have to deal with the dreaded computer. After waiting for the elderly gent in front of me to try and navigate it. I get to my turn and ask for the discount code to be used since I had to come inside anyways. They tell me I have to go get in the other line. I go there behind the same gent. They say that the discount was already attached to my card. Apparently it's top secret and the first 2 employees weren't in on it. So again i return to the first line, wait again. Incidentally it's all the same people. We're playing musical places. I put in all the info again. Then, they require me to give it to them again, verbally. Def transferring to Walgreens. It's an act of god and Congress to get competent service in an area where competency is important.
