There's are only 2 registers open. 15 people in each one. People are walking in, and turning around walking out. There's a lot of employees putting out product. 3 carts full of unsold merchandise that people discarded at the registers and left. I added mine to them. Terrible customer service. I went to Michael's in and out in 10 min, am employees helped me find what I wanted and said "thanks for coming in". Hobby lobby can pay someone to put my stuff back instead of checking me out. I almost posted a pic.

This store has a large selection of fun merchandise for kids and adults, including model cars, model trains, games, puzzles, craft supplies, science kits, and other toys. My husband was looking for two particular products, and at this store, he found one of the products, instructional cards for the game Warhammer. He said that the price was comparable to what he would pay if he were to buy the product from an online retailer. The cashiers were very friendly. They had greeted us when we first entered the store. Later when we were checking out, the employee apologized for making us wait for a couple of seconds. She thanked us for our purchase and told us to have a good day.

There is nothing that can justify that kind of greed. Overall, the visit to this shop made me disappointed and extremely sad for the future of this game.
