What's even more upsetting is that the daycare never informed us that anything had happened. We discovered the injury ourselves after bringing our dog home. The fact that aggressive dogs are allowed around other dogs is already concerning, but the complete lack of communication and transparency afterward is unacceptable. We trusted this facility to keep our dog safe and to notify us immediately if there was ever an incident. They failed to do both. Please be cautious before bringing your pets here.

We got a call recently that our dog had been bitten due to another dog "correcting" him. The bite wasn't a little corrective nip, this broke the skin and bled, clearly aggressive. Our dog has never injured another dog or person in his life, yet they chose to blame the dog that did no harm instead of being concerned that they had an aggressive dog on their hands. A suggestion: having more than one coach in the room (the coach had no idea there was an issue until the injury was seen), more education on warning signs to be aware of so possible problem situations can be de-escalated before an injury. Their response to blame our pup for provoking another dog to bite (which was said to us multiple times) was the final straw. If you can't keep our dog safe, there's no way we're going to continue to bring him. We canceled immediately.

I brought in her vaccination records, they got everything taken care of, and took her right back. They even fed her while she was there. The best review honestly came from Moose herself. When I picked her up after the first day, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly had a great time. When we came back the second morning, as soon as she realized where we were, her tail started going like crazy and she walked right up to the staff. That immediately made me feel good about leaving her again. Both days she came back to us happy and completely relaxed. Even my son looked at her and said, "she must've had a really good time, she's smiling" Finding a place you feel comfortable leaving your dog when you're traveling can be stressful, and they made it incredibly easy. Moose clearly loved it there, and that's about the best recommendation I can give. We would absolutely use them again if we're back in the area!

Thankfully, this place completely exceeded our expectations. They accommodated our same-day daycare request without hesitation and made the entire process so easy from start to finish. Signing up was quick and simple I just uploaded her vaccine records through their portal and she was ready to go. Throughout the day they sent us update photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, they took such amazing care of our baby girl and treated her like family. Having a facility willing and able to accommodate a Great Dane puppy during our trip was incredible.
