I had an appointment to have my dog's nails trimmed. When I walked in 5 minutes early I was greeted with "do you have an appointment ?". I said yes " she said we still have a few minutes". She made me wait for the exact time. She took my dog in the back & traumatized her. She did not even trim all of her nails. She seemed bothered by my presence. I will NEVER go back. read more

We were having our roof replaced this past week and didn't want to leave our little pup Ladmo home all day to be scared and stressed out by all the banging on the roof. So off to Sherry's he went. Each morning I would drop him off and pick him up on my way home from work. He was soooo chill and relaxed (he is normally a hyper dog) he got to play with other dogs all day long, I can tell he had a blast! On his last day I had them give him a bath, he is so nice and fluffy! I also found out they charge a whole heck of a lot less for grooming then where we usually go. I thought this place was decent for the price...at first. They're always very busy, which is a good sign, but as always - you get what you pay for. I have brought my dogs here 3 times and every single time I request certain grooming details, and they are not followed. Seriously, I know you're busy but that is no excuse. Write my requests down and FOLLOW THEM. This last time one of my dogs' arm fringe was trimmed on one side but not the other. Their ears were trimmed the past 2 times when I specifically said not to trim them. It took 4 hours even with an appointment. I'll be going somewhere else next time. read more

Def going back! I had been taking my dog to a previous groomer and had a horrible experience so I was searching for a new place and something closer to home! I'm sooo thankful I found this place! The moment you walk in you're greeted and see happy pups running around! I felt very comfortable leaving my dog here. I have a very big German Shepard and a special paw so I'm always very protective of where I take him. The ladies were so nice and gentle with him. When he was all washed and done I found him totally relaxed laying down with some other dogs. It was soo wonderful to see him that way and not the usual anxious scared way he was before at the other place! He smelled amazing, sooo clean, totally dry and overall a happy clean boy! I called today to set up an appointment for my Australian Shepherd and to my surprise, they said that they could get her in right then if I could stop by within the next 30 minutes. Once I arrived, I was immediately impressed with their spacious set up. No tiny pens for the dogs while they wait. No crazy free for all where the dogs were loose but practically on top of each other. (Yes, that WAS our last grooming experience before Sherry's) The staff and groomers were all very friendly and helped me figure out what kind of a cut would be best for the summer. 2 hours later, our Chloe girl came home looking beautiful and also, a lot less stressed than I've ever seen her after her time at the groomers. I was floored by their prices too! They are reasonable but provide excellent service! I HIGHLY recommend Sherry's! read more

Very dissapointed. I took my 5 month old puppy into Sherry's for his first grooming. My little guy wasn't ready when I went to pick him up 2.5hrs later-which was fine, I waited. I listened to the groomer gossip while working on him and heard him yelp while she was clipping his toenails. Clearly she wasn't focused on what she was doing. They didn't listen to my instructions and furthermore, it's the worst, uneven haircut I have ever seen. I should have cut his hair myself. I do not recommend Sherry's. I love Sherry's! My dog has some anxiety issues and she can be a lot to handle. She doesn't always get along the best with other dogs either. I started taking her here because she needed some socialization and some time to play since we were living in an apartment at the time. The facility is great. Individual suites, toys, fun stuff for the dogs to climb on and play, full viewing of the dogs if you want to check them out, and an outdoor patio complete with misters! When I found Sherry's, I read a lot of reviews. I talked to them about my dog's needs and they put me right at ease. They will gladly show you their facility and tell you all about what the day is going to look like for your dog. They do everything they can to set the newbies up for success and make sure they acclimate well with all the other dogs. Best of all, the dogs are never alone. On my dog's first trip, I was the crazy mom calling all day long to check up, and the ladies were so nice to me. They assured me she was doing well and gave me a full rundown on what she was doing and when. They put my dog in with only their own at first, and they will work hard to find a group that your dog can fit in with, no matter how difficult you feel your dog might be. I am so thankful for Sherry's. They take care of my baby as if she were their own. She always comes home happy, healthy and wiped out! I never have to worry that she's not going to be okay. I trust these ladies fully and my dog is in love! She knows everyone there and is so excited to see them when she arrives! Sometimes it seems like she doesn't even want to come home! I have been taking my dogs to Sherry's for a couple years, and am so impressed. I am a crazy dog mama, and even though I hate my empty house when they're gone, I know they're OK. When I first started taking my dogs here, my senior dog Max was suffering from arthritis, but they were so good and gentle with him. I now take two rambunctious medium sized young dogs, and they are so patient with them while they learn to socialize. The last time my female was nervous and pooped everywhere in the kennel....after they were bathed. I think she had a total of 3 baths that day. When I picked them up, they were more concerned about her tummy and my reaction than the additional work. (I tipped a bit more, but wasn't charged a penny more for this mess). Today she was fine, and Michelle made a point of making sure I knew that when I picked them up. The price is the same as the first time I went; $50 for two dogs. Including bath, nails, brushing, and of course the obligatory cute bandana. I was planning to spend that per dog when I scheduled the first appointment, and now I even after an additional $20 tip, I feel I get an amazing value. read more

This place was awesome...interviewed 3 other places and came back to Sherry's. The staff definitely loves dogs...and Lottie came back a very happy camper :) I had to board her for 3 days while on a trip and she must have had a good time because she was exhausted. I normally would take her to one of Sherry's competitors but they lost their lease and are not close to where I live...their loss was my gain in finding Sherry's. I would definitely give them a 5 star...only wish I could have checked out the back where she slept at night, but they do have a sample of the little rooms they get to stay in. We actually came here because Sherry's was kind enough to donate a grooming to a charity where we bought it through silent auction, so thank you for your generous nature. They did a really great job combing out mats and trimming up our doggie's fur. Very friendly staff and they seem to care about their work. Great job! read more

I had been taking my dogs to petsmart for years, they're extremely over priced but our groomer was there so we stayed. Recently after she left both my dogs started acting weird and were afraid of getting groomed there. Went here due to our independent groomer being out of town for 2 months. Called and were given a 2:30 appt. Terrible customer svc, and no estimate of time...we came back in an hour to check, and were THEN told it would be "at least 3 hours"! We observed an "assembly line" of dogs - at least 11 visible - all fastened by about 2' chains to tiny cubicles out of reach of water!! We grabbed our dog and left....I wouldn't dream of taking a dog here!! read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were rude to me both entering and leaving the groomers. When I brought it up to the manager, they are refusing to continue being my groomer despite me being a customer for 7 years. The cut was uneven. I do not recommend this groomers to anyone. I was super happy with my experience at Sherry's! I have 2 cocker spaniels and I took them to Shawnie. Not only did she do an awesome job on my pups that were waaay overdue for a grooming, she was also very patient with them. My pups can be difficult during the grooming process and Shawnie worked around that and kept them calm which makes me a happy dog Mom! A couple other things that impressed me: the set up super cool, each groomer had their own private grooming area (I think this helped keep my pups calm, they were away from other dogs). The service at the front desk was awesome! I look forward to my next visit at Sherry's and working with Shawnie! read more

A BIG NO-NO FOR GROOMING!!! I left my dog at Sherry's for grooming. When I picked him up, I was initially happy with the new haircut. However, when I got home I found a 5mm cut on my dog's belly that I am most certain was not there before. I considered calling the business but, seeming as the owner did not mention anything about a cut when I picked my dog up, I figured they would just ignore or argue that it was my doing. PEOPLE: Please skip this place if you really care about your pooch. If you are easy-going about how your dog is groomed and if you do not care that the dog gets injured, go ahead. I would say, find a groomer who cares enough to not injure the dog or admit the 'mistake' (if he/she does injure the dog by mistake). Love your dog, don't leave him/her at Sherry's. read more

My daughter took her dog into this groomer for a bath two weeks ago. Our dogs have no contact with the outside world, with one exception, this groomer. Her dog contracted Kennel Cough at this groomer. Now all three of my dogs have kennel cough and I have $2000.00 in vet bills to pay! Shop was called and told they need to clean the holding kennels better than they are as this is the result of improper cleaning techniques. At no time did anyone offer to refund my daughter's grooming fee, and we get to live through this nightmare! NEVER AGAIN. read more
