She totally followed the detailed schedule I had provided and Victoria sent me multiple daily updates, along with pictures of my two puppies. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. Our pet sitter, Karen, was nothing short of amazing--so loving, so attentive, and so patient with our very needy black cat, Jax. She didn't just stop by; she stayed, hung out, and genuinely spent time with him. And even though our gray cat, Dolce, didn't come out very much, she was just as incredible in caring for her and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Wow... just wow! But unfortunately they can't be reached via the phone. I left a vm and waited an entire week and got no call back. Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) I'm glad others have good experiences. But that was not ours. ‍

How would they know what to do if they had never been to my apartment before? Randy (the owner) came to my apartment before the first visit and took copious notes about what to do. He asked that I buy a lock box on Amazon and place it somewhere in the garage of my building with my keys inside for the pet sitter. I'm used to giving my keys to my pet sitters, but this is actually pretty convenient because it means that I can get my key back right away when I come home. There have been a couple pet sitters who have been to my place, but Anna has been there the most. All of them post updates with photos that appear on the app that you can download on your smartphone (you also get an email copy of this as well). I feel like Anna has really gotten to know my kitty and I appreciate that she really seems to enjoy spending time with her. The other convenient thing about this pet sitter is that you can request the dates of your pet sits online and also you can pay for them with credit card afterwards.

Margie and the team are highly reliable. They offer a range of Pet Care while you're away, while you're in town, or need a regular dog walker. Margie is very thorough in her onboarding to ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings. They go to great lengths to work as a team to resolve issues but are not hesitant to reach out to me at any time. A few things I like are they do report cards every time they come to the house and that the rates feel very reasonable for all that is included. Our family can leave our beloved dogs and cats at home, knowing they are in great hands. The toys are made from natural fibers so you can feel safe when your baby chews on them, unlike some of the imported toys. Be sure to check these out and support a local business. We took him a few times for daycare before we left and he loved it. They were very attentive and he got to play with other dogs and still got his scratches and pets. He wasn't all that excited to leave. We will continue to bring him for daycare so he can see his new doggie and human friends. Enzo boarding experience was just as great as daycare. They continually send pictures and let us know how he was doing but we could see from his face he was having a grand time. She's been great and I was so impressed with the experience I had with this rescue that I started volunteering there. The rescue takes in mostly German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois from puppies to seniors and from various backgrounds - strays, owner surrenders, from other shelters (some on the e-list), medical hardships, etc. Once under SPRA care the dogs are well fed, are walked and/or get play time outside of their kennels 4 times a day, receive medical care if needed, etc. The volunteers and staff also work with the dogs on socialization and basic training. It's also important to know that SPRA is a no kill shelter. Bottom line, if you're looking for a German Shepherd or Belgian Malinois please check out Saving Paws Rescue Arizona. They have so many wonderful dogs looking for a family like my pup pictured below, adopt don't shop.

I have taken my shepherd mix dog there twice. The second time was worst than the first. After my dog was there for 4 hours I received a call,"what did you want again". 30 minutes later he was done. When I went to pick him up, he had strips! Yes, strips!! The groomer didn't blend in her shaved/cuts leaving longer hair where she didn't cut with the trimmer. I was appalled. I asked for her to repair his hair cut. She stated I would need to come back tomorrow since she is leaving for an important function. I couldn't leave until I paid the $40. The other groomers refused to help repair the dogs hair cut. When I returned the next day, the original groomer was mad that I returned. Yanked my dog into her cubical and chocked him on to the grooming board. The groomer continuously complained on how my dog moves and is difficult to cut, which my dog was sitting as she performed her work. The hair cut was corrected. I refuse to ever go there again and want to share with the world how miss treated my dog was right in front of me and how rude the people were. Enter at your own risk!!! read more

I moved to the area and was nervous about finding a groomer for my dogs because they are freaked out by nail trims and get nippy at times. I found this place on Yelp and was very happy I found it! They are very nice and get me in and out. I have two small dogs like love to jump on me, so it's important to keep up on their nail trims. Additionally, my Yorkie needs haircuts as well (and he is very hard to groom because he was abused by his previous owner). I am able to get them in and out with nail trims in 10 min or less. I was amazed and impressed! They also did a great job cutting my Yorkie's hair-puppy cut. Their pricing is competitive and cheaper than other places I've been. A nail trim is 10 and a full groom is less than 40. They always have a lot of dogs their waiting to be groomed or waiting for pick up and they all look great! I am very impressed with this place. This is in the corner of a plaza so there is plenty of parking. read more

I live just down the steet and saw what Michelle the groomer did to a dog that lives here in the complex. I was in shock!!! I would never take my pets there. I have several friends and work at a very large company, the word is getting out and fast. I reccomend that you choose another place and skip this for the safety of your pets read more

But we are having guests visit and my husband insisted we get them professionally groomed just in case they wiggled and i gave them some visible gashes. So this grooming facility is right next to the barber my husband uses so I gave them a call as I needed to schedule something this week. Grace scheduled me an appointment. As usual, the boys were a nervous wreck and they knew i was up to no good as soon as I took them in the car without my husband. I struggled to get them to go into the facility but after losing their poopoo i got them in the door. The staff immediately removed a couple of dogs in sight and cleaned up their poopoo. (My husband had told them that the boys didn't like other dogs) I wasn't too excited about the fact that I was told they may be about 4-6 hours as they just take the grooming process easy. I filled out my paperwork and left. They ended up being there 6 hours but when I came to pick them up, they not only were groomed perfectly, but they didn't jump all over me like, "Please get me out of this place.". Usually when I take them to a groomer, they are begging me to pick them up and get them out while I am trying to pay. They were both glad to see me but didn't seem anxious at all. Amazing. So we were extremely happy with the experience and this will be their grooming stop when I just need nails or decide I need the day off for a professional groom or my hubby decides he wants to see a "professional look.". We will return!!

Lili and Diggy (Bernese Mountain Dogs between 110-120 lbs each) come back to us smelling and looking great after each groom. They spend at least 6 hrs there to enjoy their "spa day" every two months. They are excited to go and visit Grace and her team. Pick up/drop off is ok at the back entrance. Very experienced and capable staff who are known for grooming dogs with a history of challenging behavior and/or trauma. Check them out!

Had my two 3 pound yorkies groomed by this business today. I was quoted $50 for a "puppy" clip and…read more$70 for a full grooming. The groomer came into my home to see the pups and we discussed what I wanted done. I chose just a puppy cut since it was their first grooming. One of the pups had an area that was matted and I was told it would be $10 to comb out the mat, which I agreed to....total should have been $110. I carried the pups out to the trailer, which needed a good cleaning. The groomer brought in the first pup when she was finished. I checked the pup to make there were no cuts or scratches, nails on both hind feet were bleeding, cut way too short, even though I had just told her that they recently had their nails clipped at the vet. When I brought that to her attention I was told that they do also use grinders if requested.....shouldn't that be offered to the customer? The second pup had a mat, which I was aware of. When it was time to pay I was charged $90 total, I paid it. Later this evening I start getting phone calls and texts from the owner. I called her back and was informed I had been under charged. She said that I owe $50 more, for the mats on both pups and the scissor trim, which was very minimal. I informed her that only one pup had been matted and not badly. After paying an extra $40 for what I feel was over charges for the service I received I checked the matted area on the pup, it had not been brushed, it was shaved bald. I feel that the service I received was subpar and over priced.
