I called back and gave some feedback But the owner insisted that they did their job. All I wanted was for him to say he understands and I'm happy to give the feedback to the woman who groomed your dog. I now have to spend $90 on cream and a cone so that my dog doesn't cause more harm and infection. I just expected better customer service and I would have welcomed a reaction that would tell me that they were And are willing to always improve and be better. I wasn't asking for any compensation, just a vow to maintain better elevated cuts and groomers who are just as efficient across the board. I hope it doesn't happen again.

Jasmine is extremely meticulous in everything she does and pays a lot of attention to detail. She always makes sure if I have specific instructions such as using special shampoo for my pug's sensitive skin. She is also very gentle and my pug absolutely LOVES Jasmine. It's like she doesn't even want to leave at the end of her "spaw" experience. I definitely would highly recommend Jasmine to ANYONE who loves their fur-baby as much as I do (and *everyone* knows my pug is super high maintenance).

The last time I came in 2018, she came home with irritated private parts because they either used something harsh or they clipped too close to the skin. They offered to give her a plastic cone so she could heal, but it was still an unpleasant experience, so for the most of 2019 I took her to different groomers by my work in Markham. Before the holidays I was on vacation and forgot to book her in for a groom so I came here because I got a last minute appointment. I asked SPECIFICALLY to keep her face round (Asian style) with a pom pom tail. To my surprise, when I picked her up, her face was triangle shaped, head flat and uneven and tail raggedy. They've also raised their prices by quite a bit the past couple years. My cuts used to be about $80 and now they are well over $100 and this is for a small 6 lb. toy poodle. After I voiced my concerns, I got a call saying the person who did the groom was the OWNER of the business. She also hinted at the fact that some dogs are more difficult... hard to believe since my dog was specifically called a "sweetheart" the day I picked her up. Their remedy is that I bring her back to "touch it up". But she has little hair left to work with at the top. If you love your babies, you wouldn't take them here.There's plenty of other reputable groomers who give great cuts and charge less. I regret hastily making the decision to come back after the first incident, but lesson learned.

I gave her the benefit of the doubt that last time was a one time mistake. I gave specific instructions to only trim feet, and butt area, leaving ear hair because she trims unevenly. When I picked him up, she had cut all his body hair. Trimmed his body unevenly ( I never trim it, and she did it last time too,) plus trimmed his ear hair unevenly once again. There were no other dogs in the shop at the time to cause confusion.

As infection followed injury, they questioned our decision to take the dog to the vet for treatment and questioned the treatment and then they even questioned the legality of service by our vet who prescribed antibiotics and cortisone cream. Finally, groomer hid behind her contract. She then terrorized us with a threat of a lawyer. Regretfully, it is obvious that Eden (owner?) is not taking responsibility for injury. A week after hurting our dog which is still preventing him from even normal walks due to groin infection, this groomer did not even call to ask about dog's health. Do they care about injured animal, or don't they? Should we avoid this grooming service? Oh yes, we are going to AVOID them from now on.

Both times, they claimed my dog pooped and peed while being bathed which is a surprise. My dog is used to baths so the only reason for her behaviour would be, she was badly treated which made her scared. My other suspicion is that this place lies about it so they can charge extra $20 for the clean up. When you do not give them a tip, rightly so, for the poor treatment of my pet, they complain. Never again, we will be using this facility and you should avoid it as well!

Today we took my mum's dog bebe (a 4 pound chiuahua) to get her nails trimmed Timmie Doggie Outfitters. When my mum went to pass bebe to the STORE OWNER (who said he would take her) he quickly removed his hands and allowed a 4 pound little dog fall, at least 4 feet. She landed on her side and rolled onto her back. Thank God she doesn't seem injured - however this man, a shop owner in downtown Toronto then had the nerve to say she was showing him her teeth. Bebe is a sweet dog with no agression whatsover. We didn't get so much as an im sorry. He showed no remorse, and behaved as if nothing had happened after being confronted by my mum and myself. Is this the way we expect our beloved pets to be treated by a "professional" who owns a business where he cares for our beloved fur babies. This needs to be posted and people need to know what kind of man they are trusting their furry family members.
