They are amazing and I wish I remembered their names. They are extremely pleasant, understanding and caring with Obi. They made his first groom experience so good that he was no longer nervous when he came back for his second. They two ladies were extremely informative and went through everything and even gave some advice with some of our questions. (The cheese chew saved us!). It also helps that the shop is extremely cute and inviting. I can say for certain Obi has found his new groomers.

The tiny place is located close to the scarborough town centre in the base of a condo and full disclosure, it honestly wasn't the easiest to find and the parking situation was a bit of an issue with only one dedicated spot. I was pleasently surprised how clean and inviting this little shop was and it had all the necessary equipment to do all sorts of pet grooming services. I escpeciallye appreciated how they had dedicated days for cats and dogs so there is no potential altercations between the cats and dogs. There were 2 girls that worked on my cat. They were both very nice and knowledgable about pets. Thy handled my cat gently and knew when to take a break from the shaving based on how my cat was handling the situation. They gave my cat a haircut and clipped her nails and hey whole package took about 1.5 hrs. Bonus is they gave some treats after the appointment was done which was a nice touch. Im very happy to have found this place, now that I know where to go and I will definately use Pawny Tail my cat grooming needs.

Although both of them have had grooming appointments every month since we got them, Blue just wasn't a fan. Invariably I'd receive horrible feedback from groomers, charged lots of additional "handling" fees and have even been told that Blue needed a "special" groomer. After a year of hurtful and really negative feedback I contacted No Bones About It and was encouraged by the owner ( who is amazing and lovely) to come in so they could give Blue a try. Not only did Jessi do an amazing job but she said she could absolutely work with my Blue. He looked so amazing and not choppy as usual. Not to mention he smelled just awesome too! Jessi saved us. I can't even put into words how grateful we are to have Jessi. She is just such an amazing human. The whole team is so kind and welcoming. We will always bring our babies here. I am outraged. When…read moreI picked up my dog Tallulah yesterday after Camille groomed her, I thought there was some kind of mistake, or maybe someone at Canine Social Company was pulling my leg. I had dropped off an itchy and smelling-like-dead-fish, shaggy ragamuffin of a dog at whom park snobs would point and snicker, "what kinda --doodle's THAT?" That's why I didn't recognize Tallulah when she emerged from Camille's salon so brushed up and out, her Afro puff bouncing with her every prance, that on the way home a dog-walker ran up to me and gushed, "what a gorgeous Portuguese Water Dog! She's obviously a show dog." This morning, when I chaperoned Tallulah on her "promenade through the park", I felt like I should have dressed up, with a top hat--and maybe a monocle--but definitely a walking stick with a huge gem on its handle.' Who needs that? It's a hassle and I hold Camille completely responsible for sculpting Tallulah into this attention-demanding diva. Her new stans would be mortified to discover Tallulah's nothing but a dolled-up bernedoodle with heady airs and a shiny coat. All that aside, Camille is a talented groomer who always makes Tallulah look and smell wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone, although not to everyone because it's already hard enough to get an appointment with her.

This service is amazing because Sarah comes to your home and brings all the required supplies. You have the option to help her (which essentially means holding your cat while she does the hard stuff), or she can bring a helper for an extra charge. She was gentle and efficient throughout even when Puff started squirming (he doesn't like the blow dryer) which made the experience as painless as possible. When all was said and done, my kitty was so fresh and so clean. He wasn't rattled and promptly assumed his position on the windowsill like nothing had happened. Pricing is super reasonable compared to other groomers that I've brought Puff to, and appointments have always been on time. The only drawback is kind of because Sarah is so awesome -- she generally books a few weeks to a month or two ahead, so set your appointment in advance! I'd say to avoid stressing your cat out by bringing him somewhere for a groom, it's so worth it!!
