I am outraged. When…read moreI picked up my dog Tallulah yesterday after Camille groomed her, I thought there was some kind of mistake, or maybe someone at Canine Social Company was pulling my leg. I had dropped off an itchy and smelling-like-dead-fish, shaggy ragamuffin of a dog at whom park snobs would point and snicker, "what kinda --doodle's THAT?" That's why I didn't recognize Tallulah when she emerged from Camille's salon so brushed up and out, her Afro puff bouncing with her every prance, that on the way home a dog-walker ran up to me and gushed, "what a gorgeous Portuguese Water Dog! She's obviously a show dog." This morning, when I chaperoned Tallulah on her "promenade through the park", I felt like I should have dressed up, with a top hat--and maybe a monocle--but definitely a walking stick with a huge gem on its handle.' Who needs that? It's a hassle and I hold Camille completely responsible for sculpting Tallulah into this attention-demanding diva. Her new stans would be mortified to discover Tallulah's nothing but a dolled-up bernedoodle with heady airs and a shiny coat. All that aside, Camille is a talented groomer who always makes Tallulah look and smell wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone, although not to everyone because it's already hard enough to get an appointment with her.

A one stop shop, Furrr has everything for my pet and even espresso for me. The owners are wonderful, as is the unique store they created. Scott and Jenn have a true love for pets and the beach community. Their newborn, Eloise, is adorable and brings lots of smiles to everyone. It's really fun to shop in such a happy atmosphere.

Their owners jen and Scott were amazing and knowledgeable about fur babies All their supplies are very good and chosen for their quality and focused in Canadian sourcing . I bought some cat wet food, treats and toys. Scott have me some samples which my kitty loves. Of course with a fuzzy kitty, I realized she didn't like one type of wet foods. They were so good in returns too! My experience at Furrr was amazing and their prices are competitive and reasonable I'd recommend to bring your fur baby there for a visit because they have treats and play tunnels . Happy shopping !

I agree with previous reviewers that the people who work there (maybe they are the owners) are very nice and helpful, if you walk in and decide not to buy something you don't feel like the proprietor is staring a hole through the back of your head on your way out (not that any other stores in Leslieville would ever fall into that category).
