Even though the times of the quarantine for the covid-19 virus, their still willing to deliver all the pets products to people homes. They accidentally over charged me as I would have never even noticed but when they arrived at my door, they told me that they over charged me and that they threw in a few extra things into the delivery. The workers are honest people and very professional. I also usually order a particular brand that I recently found out that was only sold at Pet Value but they recommended alternatives that were similar which just so happened to be on a BOGO promotion which was nice of them to do.
