I haven't been able to go to this location in person but through the series of emails back and forth with placing an order, the workers are amazing people! Even though the times of the quarantine for the covid-19 virus, their still willing to deliver all the pets products to people homes. They accidentally over charged me as I would have never even noticed but when they arrived at my door, they told me that they over charged me and that they threw in a few extra things into the delivery. The workers are honest people and very professional. I also usually order a particular brand that I recently found out that was only sold at Pet Value but they recommended alternatives that were similar which just so happened to be on a BOGO promotion which was nice of them to do. During lockdowns, they have the curbside shopping down. You stand at the table and say what you want and they will bring you a whole bunch of options you can look at.
