    I had a grooming appointment scheduled for my dog on Sunday (6/14/26). When we arrived at the…read moresalon, my dog became anxious as he usually does, though he was not aggressive. I've brought him to this PetSmart location two or three times before without any issues. This time, however, I was approached by groomer Jennifer, who explained that because my dog was anxious, they would not be able to take weekend appointments going forward so he wouldn't startle other dogs, and that notes from previous visits reflected his behavior. I asked why this hadn't been mentioned before, since I was never told of any concerns at pickup. Jennifer responded that it was for his well-being and said she would complete the grooming today, but after this visit, weekend appointments would no longer be available. I then decided to cancel the appointment because I no longer felt comfortable continuing. The experience felt quite different from what I expected from a large company. I understand some dogs get anxious during grooming or vet visits, and I've never been told I couldn't return elsewhere because of it. After leaving, I went to another groomer I've used before who handled him without any issue and charged less for the same service. In the end, it worked out better for us overall, though I was disappointed with how the situation was handled, especially given our previous visits. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes it helps improve communication with pet owners.

She's been to 3 other dog grooming places and I also groom her at times myself. Appointment- we booked online and got lucky to get a ln appointment today. Since it was our first time, we got the new customer discount. Interior- the place was clean. Service- all the staff members were so nice!! There were three people in the floor. Two were cutting dogs hairs. All the dogs were standing there quietly as the groomers were cutting. They were so gentle and nice with the dogs. The person who checked my dog in was so nice and accommodating. I originally picked a more expensive package because I didn't know what my dog needed, but she fixed it and told me what each thing was. She also told me what I needed and not needed. Therefore, the cost was cheaper than I picked which was great! Ari was my groomer and she did an amazing job!! I'm so impressed. The grooming was nice and clean. Best I've seen so far compared to the other three places. They take their time to make sure the dog looks great and feels comfortable. My dog can get anxious at times about grooming, but they did great! My dogs fur got really knotty so she needed a full buzz cut, nail trim, ear cleaning and bath. I'm so impressed. My dog looks so great! They trimmed her exactly what I wanted and what my dog needed. They also call and tell you how the pet did. They also write a note in your profile so you know how your pet did. Love the service! I highly recommend this grooming place.

Julianna is wonderful & sweet to our little boy! Cashew gives her 5 stars (=4 paws + a tail :). They have reasonable grooming prices too and easy to schedule on-line.

    Let me start by saying that this is apparently a TSC corporate issue as well as a store issue…read more I was looking for a good price on hydraulic fluid for my tractor online, and found that TSC carried what I needed. They charged about $17 to deliver in a few days or $19 to deliver on that day. I placed the order online and waited, and waited, and waited. Then I went back to check on the order and the online system said it could not be delivered that day, as promised, but would be there by 3:30pm the next day. I decided I could just pick up what I needed in Escondido, so I canceled the online order, that same day, within a few hours, using the same system I used to order it. The next day, without any communication at all, a guy shows up at my door with the product. I told him I had canceled the order. He verified to me that he was delivering on behalf of the Valley Center TSC and he was a 3rd party contractor. He said this has happened many times before. I told him I didn't need the product and to take it back. He showed me the text he sent to TSC that stated my reasons. The next day, I checked my credit card and saw the "pending" charge still sitting on the account. I waited to see if it would reconcile in the next day or so. The next day, late in the day, someone tried to deliver the pale of fluid AGAIN. This time he dropped it off on my driveway, made no attempt to contact me, and was headed up the driveway on foot when I called to him (three times) and he finally responded. I told him the order had been canceled, and I asked if he worked for TSC. He said he DID work for TSC, the SAME STORE in Valley Center that the other guy tried to deliver from. He took that pale away and I checked my credit card the next day to find that the charge was still pending. I waited for another 24 hours and low and behold the charge went from pending to CHARGED on my account. It then became a phone hassle for me to try to get my money back from a company that refused to take NO for an answer and was bent on shoving their product down my throat, no matter what. I don't know if this is a corporate issue or a store issue, but I DO know that this was no accident or miscommunication. They can't blame the computer for this. I was able to get a "Team Leader" at the store to process a "Return" for a product I never received, on an order I canceled within a couple of hours of placing it, but now I can spend even more time making sure that this happens. I always liked the store and the idea of having their products available for a reasonable price, but I will not do business with shady people, no matter how good the store may appear to be. I'm done with TSC for good, unless I get a corporate person to reach out to me and convince me that this is just the actions of a rogue store manager in Valley Center and not a typical TSC experience.

I came across Woofies and from the first phone call to now (a year later) this place has been WONDERFUL. My first impression was they CARE. Caleb spoke to me on the phone for 30 minutes about all the questions I have and was empathetic regarding my anxiety about finding a new groomer. At the end of the call I booked an appointment and I'm so glad I did! Fast forward to almost a year later now that we've been using Woofies and they've always been incredibly accommodating, communicative and professional. We are so glad to have found kiwis grooming home! At the beginning we used Alexis who was phenomenal and kind but she moved so now we use Michelle and are SO thankful we have her as Kiwis groomer. Michelle pays close attention to detail and loves kiwi, you can tell she loves what she does. I recommend all my friends use Woofies! We don't like standard salons where you drop your pet off and pick up with how tiny kiwi is and she's used to mobile grooming so this was perfect for us! The convenience of them coming to your home and bringing our pet out to the van is PRICELESS.

I scheduled the service with the owner over the phone who got me started on their booking platform. My female dog has a wash and go type of coat and she was booked for a sanitary trim. Our male dog has a thick coat and was scheduled for a full service treatment. Both came out looking their best thanks to Alexis. The entire process from beginning to end was smooth. The office followed up on our services after the session. You can just tell the team at Woofie's wants you to have a positive experience. This was our first time using a mobile grooming service. The mobile van was new, clean, and well stocked with supplies and treats. The dogs liked it and I think that is what really matters.
