We trained both at home/outdoors and at a local park. He was so patient with Beckham, as well as with us. His directions were clear and direct. He was always available even on the phone when we would video tape Beckham on his training, always there to give us great feedback. I also enjoyed the fact that he got all the family members involved (my two kids that are 13 and 21). Jonathan was very flexible and worked with our schedule. First class service and great communication before/during/after. My puppy came in with minimal training and left a star. Sit, down, stay, leave it, more respect with the cats and my resident dog at home, and way more confidence. From the phone to drop-off they were excellent at staying in contact and making sure everything we needed was addressed. They kept that same level of communication and dedication during our furry friend's stay, which definitely made me comfortable and secure in leaving my dog there. When we picked up our dog, we were walked through everything that was worked on and were blown away. The progress was undeniable. They will tell you what worked, what didn't, and make sure to work with you to plan for you pet's future needs. 10/10. I can't think of taking any of my puppy or senior dog anywhere else.

They seemed to get along but they started having fights, which were getting worse and more intense every time. We made the decision to bring them to Happy Feet and they came home with the skills they needed to see us as the leaders, rather than fighting each other for that role. We bought the recommended climbs/cots and the difference in their behavior is incredible. If they're begging, getting too rowdy, barking at a guest, and before meals, we put them on their climbs and they don't get off until we tell them they can. They are so well behaved now! The amount of training Happy Feet was able to do in two weeks with them would have taken us months or even years. It has been over a year since we brought them to Happy Feet and they still know all of the commands that they were taught. They haven't had any more fights and are actually great friends now! I highly recommend Happy Feet to anyone who has a dog with any behavioral problems. The climbs are really just the greatest tool, the dogs feel so comfortable and safe on them and everyone comments on how well behaved they are.

Wanted to give a much needed update !…read more Shortly after I wrote my previous review my spouse and I decided to just push forward with training and board as our pup was completely out of control and tried snapping at a family member's hand. Our dog came back calm, orderly, and OBEDIENT! After a month long stay and many many wonderful updates multiple times per week we are confident he has made at least a 90% improvement on his bad behaviors and is able to calmly behave not only around us but his reactivity to other dogs has made a tremendous improvement. Shannon and Sierra are STELLAR! I'd also like to mention they did a home drop off for us (since I'm still heavily pregnant) and spent over an HOUR with my husband and I going over all of the new things he has learned + even took a walk with us in the neighborhood to address another issue we had with reactivity. We were left with a sheet of all his new & enforced behaviors to keep track of along with super chewer toys and treats. Excellent, excellent, excellent experience with this team and I highly recommend anyone who needs this service to pull the trigger and go for it! You will not regret your decision!
