I love that she lets them sniff and choose which essential oil she uses on them. The spa music she plays while they are getting their massage adds to the relaxing atmosphere. My dog Raimi loves to see Lynn arrive at our door. She also wants to go home with her when the massage is over! I have seen a benefit from the massages, especially since my pups play hard and do agility. Lynn is very thorough in her massages and has alerted me to any problem areas on my pups that need further attention. In addition she provides notes following each session so you have a record of her visit and findings (if any). My pups and I love Lynn! Her passion for pups and their well being definitely shows in her interaction with my pups and the great massages they receive.

We toured their house prior to Grayson's stay and it's well kept, clean, with great big yards both front and back. Grayson came home more obedient, learned how to dress before going outside and "get naked" after going outside, load in and out of the car, ring a bell to let us know when to go potty, "touch," sit, down, and the biggest thing for us is he's more comfortable in the car and listening to music (he used to bark at music like crazy). He doesn't pull on his leash as much and walks are more comfortable and less stressful. Grayson even got socialized with other dogs and cats! He does not bark as much anymore, which has been great for my nervous system Grayson got a bath before he came home and came home with a wonderful goodie bag. They used primarily positive reinforcement training with Grayson with some other tools. It was very effective. Working with Shannon and Sierra, you can tell they really care about their furry clients and take a lot of pride in their work. We will definitely be using them for future boarding for our furbaby. They trained my dog, she was boarded there once before and boarded there again in January. She got out. They said she freaked out. I do not believe that. She was missing for 20 plus days. They said they where looking, they said they where doing everything they could. I call bull! We Contacted Babs Fry. Who they did also and lied and said it was a dogs friend that got out. Well, she went starving, lost 30% of her weight. Got close to the freeway and the night we finally caught her on camera to find her. They sat and waited with a trap in place- for her only to be KILLED on the 15 freeway by a car. We were so close to getting her home. They are responsible for this! They need cameras on the dogs they claim to care about. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

She was excellent at communication up front and while we were gone, sending pictures that showed how much fun he was having in her care, on walks and at nap-time. Nothing like boarding at a boring industrial kennel! He was loved, he was fed according to the schedule he was used to, and best of all he was comfortable around her dogs. She respected all of our ways (we don't allow our dog on the furniture) and even taught him a trick! Granted she is much better then when we first got her but we've already been told she has too much anxiety for daycare with tons of dogs. We have to figure out who's going to watch her now that we basically didn't get approved for the boarding services. I did alot of research and stumbled across Simply sensational and the constant communication even before I agreed to ask for their services made me feel extremely comfortable. I let them know we needed a sitter for one day , a couple of hours while we where at legoland and it was so easy to book with them. We agreeded on a time and a handoff location. The moring of we where so nervous for her and how she would react, would she run away, would she bite, would she howl all day for us? The complete opposite actually, our feelings where hurt because when I say we handed our Emi over and she walked away and didn't even look back, literally did not look back!!! lol. Off to legoland we go I suppose, not to long after we received an update from Debroah on Emi on how sweet she was and what a good dog she was. and throughout the day we received updates and pictures on what silly and sweet girl she is lt made us proud of being her parents, considering where the level of her anxiety was when we first adopted her to feeling secure in herself to be with strangers and feel safe with them. I was so pleased I made the right choice to go small and independent business. When it was time to pick up Emi several hours later we weren't even sure she'd want to come home with us but she was indeed happy to see us and we heard story on her walks in the neighborhood and how well she got along with all the new dogs she met and it was the start of what I hope to be a long standing relationship of our new dog sitters whenever we are in San Diego. I speak highly about them to everyone who asked how our springbreak and who took care of Emi?
