Woofies is my favorite! When our groomer of 6 years (kiwis whole life) retired we were heartbroken and anxious about our journey finding a new groomer. I came across Woofies and from the first phone call to now (a year later) this place has been WONDERFUL. My first impression was they CARE. Caleb spoke to me on the phone for 30 minutes about all the questions I have and was empathetic regarding my anxiety about finding a new groomer. At the end of the call I booked an appointment and I'm so glad I did! Fast forward to almost a year later now that we've been using Woofies and they've always been incredibly accommodating, communicative and professional. We are so glad to have found kiwis grooming home! At the beginning we used Alexis who was phenomenal and kind but she moved so now we use Michelle and are SO thankful we have her as Kiwis groomer. Michelle pays close attention to detail and loves kiwi, you can tell she loves what she does. I recommend all my friends use Woofies! We don't like standard salons where you drop your pet off and pick up with how tiny kiwi is and she's used to mobile grooming so this was perfect for us! Welcome Woofie's of Carlsbad! This family business provides a variety of pet services. We utilized their mobile grooming for not one, but two dogs. I scheduled the service with the owner over the phone who got me started on their booking platform. My female dog has a wash and go type of coat and she was booked for a sanitary trim. Our male dog has a thick coat and was scheduled for a full service treatment. Both came out looking their best thanks to Alexis. The entire process from beginning to end was smooth. The office followed up on our services after the session. You can just tell the team at Woofie's wants you to have a positive experience. This was our first time using a mobile grooming service. We can confirm that they have their services priced fairly for all of what they do as a business and for a company that comes to you at your convenience. My boyfriend has a senior blind dog, Lulu, who needed to be groomed. I got lucky and got an appointment with Woofie's of Carlsbad because someone canceled. Alexis did the grooming and she was so great with Lulu. She let Lulu lay down as much as possible, so Lulu's old bones could rest. My boyfriend was very happy with how Lulu turned out. The next day, I received a calling (sorry, I forgot who called me) asking how everything went. I have never received a follow-up call after a grooming so that was a nice surprise. Me and my Great Pyrenees, Molly love Woofies! They have the best groomers and service. I can't say enough great things about them! I'm a stay at home mom and it is so nice to have the van come right to my door to take care of Molly's groom. . One of the best parts is that their van doesn't need any water or electricity hook ups. Those can be such a headache! But with Woofies they are in and out so quick. The vans are super fancy. Not to mention how pretty and happy Molly comes back. (I always ask for the paw pad moisturizer treatment. Helps her old cracked paws especially in the winter months) I've had two groomers and they were both amazing! Just tried Woofie's of Carlsbad to groom my two rescue dogs (Husky and Terrier mixes). My first time with mobile grooming and it was amazing! Scheduling and customer service was friendly and easy, and Terri did a fantastic job grooming my dogs, especially the nervous Husky who seemed perfectly at ease. They are clean and soft and smell so good! I love that the salon comes to me and all her attention is on my dogs until they are done. I can not say enough good things about Woofie's! My 8 month old Schnauzer Poodle mix is a nervous little fella and this has been somewhat challenging finding a groomer I could trust with him, Woofie's is the place. I communicated with them all my concerns and questions and sent pictures of my guy who had plenty of mats and overly shaggy. They had their groomer, Kim come to us and let me tell she is AWESOME! She handled his shyness with ease and grace and had him fluffy and smelling great in less than the hour we expected.
