Sit, down, stay, leave it, more respect with the cats and my resident dog at home, and way more confidence. They have a family dog, there's kids and other family around, chickens, cats, and more to be exposed to + cuddles galore. I'm very happy with my choice. We'll be back for daycare weekly.

From the phone to drop-off they were excellent at staying in contact and making sure everything we needed was addressed. They kept that same level of communication and dedication during our furry friend's stay, which definitely made me comfortable and secure in leaving my dog there. When we picked up our dog, we were walked through everything that was worked on and were blown away. The progress was undeniable. Our cat is very attached to us and doesn't like strangers at all, but he became friends with Pam right off the bat - we couldn't believe it! It was extremely reassuring to see the bond they developed and it gave us such peace of mind while we were 3,000 miles away. From the very beginning, Pam stood out to us because her main concern and #1 priority is the well-being of the pet(s). She takes great care to ask about their likes and dislikes, personality, food preferences, health, etc. and we can say from personal experience that Pam will treat your pet(s) as if they were her own - with much love, care, and respect. Never did we feel that her attention was elsewhere. And our sweet cat loved the twice-a-day visits. While Maui and I take long walks together, I feel it's important for her to be part of a pack. When Maui goes off with Sam, I know she's with an experienced dog handler who creates a well-balanced pack. My other dog, Ester, isn't ready for Pack Walks yet, but I've needed boarding for both her and Maui. Sam's knowledge of training and understanding of dogs has helped integrate Ester into the pack. Sam helped us with instruction and tips on how we could foster these within our own relationship and tailored it our girl because she had the direct experience handling River. You can tell Sirena really loves animals. Plus, she's very consciencious, trustworthy, and reasonable with her prices. I just have to add that Sirena has a lot of knowledge about ways to help animals. Our dog, who was rescued from drowning in the typhoon they had in Taiwan a few summers ago, came to us with severe immune problems. We were giving her various supplements and hypo allergenic food and treats and avoided using any type of chemical flea & insect control products. Although this helped, she was still scratching a lot and losing hair. Sirena told us about a supplement that a holistic vet in Canada formulated. We tried it, and in a short amount of time, the scratching stopped, and our dog's fur has become increasingly healthy looking. She now has that soft puppy like fur in many areas, and you can tell that she feels better. An amazing transformation, and we have Sirena to thank for it.
