Peaches was very anxious but she worked her magic & Peaches melted in her arms. She asked what I wanted & was transparent about how the cut would be due to her matted fur. I told her to do whatever she though would look the cutest. She told me it would probably take 3-4 hours & when she finished, she gave me a heads up to head on over. & omg! Peaches came out looking brand new! She was so adorable with her new cut, incredibly soft & smelled super good! It is always nerve wrecking trying to find a good pet salon with people who will treat your dog with kindness. & I am glad I found Cold Nose. Did not take my dog here. The employee that answered the phone said they have a strict age policy and my dog was too old (12) despite there being no disclaimer on their website what was more surprising is the website actually sounds like this pet salon caters to older dogs. Quote from their site "Jessie, has a particular knack for handling senior pets". Asked for recommendations of other salons and was told to just look some up.
