    My dog was bitten in the neck by another dog in this facility while at daycare. It is so heartbreaking to know that, when I had a long day at work, the people that I trusted her with put her in harms way. While I do appreciate that the staff communicated with me and took care to clean out the wound, I won't continue to bring my dog somewhere that doesn't value the safety of the animals above all else. I was told that the dog that bit her had done it before, so my opinion is that dog shouldn't have been allowed around other people's animals, especially without their knowledge and consent. I didn't know that by bringing my dog here I was placing her with animals that are reactive and aggressive; I had hoped I was bringing her somewhere that she would be safe. It is my hope that by writing this review no one else will have to sit with their dog, in tears, and remove their bloody collar from their neck.

    Wish I could give it negative stars! Management is almost as awful as the facility itself. Dog fights are hidden from owners and downplayed, vet bills are refused to pay, and dogs are mistreated! DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a corporate joke. ETA - Thank you for the garbage reply, Therese! Per YOUR social media and my own, my dog was a regular daycare dog and there were paid services which I have invoices through my bank and through YOUR company, showing I was a paying customer, to the point of paying for a full party and cake with cookies through your party supplier. Please review your reviews with accuracy and stop practicing disgusting customer service and gross animal neglect and cruelty. When I did try reaching out to management for concerns on my dog's departure of your company, I was ignored by both the resort supervisor Adela Agard, and ignored by the GM Theresa Wrona, when I reached out to corporate with Tanja I was also ignored. Hope this clears it all up for you, Doggie District Dogshit :)

    The Doggy District has been amazing for my dog. He is a small chihuahua mix and fits in great with "The Littles". They offered a great intro rate and their packages are reasonable. You can also ask to receive a "Pawgress Report" which are photos of your dog during their stay. The staff is super friendly and the facility is great. We've only done the daycare part but I know they offer overnight stays and other extras like a dog spa. I will be continuing to use Doggy District. Thank you for being great with my dog.

    I can't even express how much I recommend Doggie District Mesa. I've been bringing my dog, Sadie, here for about a year now and I've had nothing but great experiences. Sammi at the front desk always welcomes us with a smile on her face. My girl has a special meal plan so I needed someone I could trust to keep up with it, and the team here definitely exceeded my expectations! Sadie LOVES it here, always wagging her tail the moment we walk through the door. I suggest bringing your dogs here if you want a place that will be safe, yet fun for your pets!

    Dog came home with multiple open sores and scratches. Now they say their closed. Somethings up. Emailed to find out what's up and no response. If you love your animal avoid this place at all costs

    It was hard finding a daycare with longer hours when you work the average 8-5. However, we found this place and LOVE it! Gage our husky LOVES it! He's smart enough to know when we pack his lunch & waits by the door so we can take him to daycare. I can tell the staff enjoys him too, they're very friendly, caring, and helpful. They're so excited to see him and say "Gage!" and also gage is excited when we pick him up. (They usually get a treat when they leave). The staff treats him as if it was their dog, they let you know updates about your dog as well. One time I pick him up and he was wet from playing in the water & they wiped him down. Gage also stepped on something and had a swollen paw they put some paw treatment before I took him home and gave some to take home and it went down the next day! They take such good care for all the dogs. We appreciate the staff so much and pricing is affordable!

    We have always had an excellent experience with doggie district! They take great care of our baby and are very accommodating with our schedules. He loves splash pad day!

    Dog parents BEWARE. Everything below occurred during the 1.5…read morehours we actively watched on camera. We brought our dog in for her intro on 1/21/26 at 3:30 PM, recommended by our trainer. Check-in was wonderful: front desk staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely seemed to love dogs. They pulled up the cameras so we could watch while completing paperwork. Our dog was timid at first but began warming up after about 30 minutes. We were told that during the 4 PM break, dogs would be kenneled no more than 15 minutes. Instead, our dog spent about ¾ of her visit locked in a kennel, crying and begging to be let out. While another trainer fully cleaned their room and had dogs back out promptly, our dog's trainer delayed cleaning and only spot-mopped visible messes, pushing the mop over pee puddles and putting it back in the bucket. Dirty mop water was never changed. They use one mop for both clean and dirty water, and the buckets appeared not to have been cleaned in some time. Major safety concern: Mop buckets and spray bottles were left within reach of the dogs. Our dog was left alone in the room multiple times, jumping on kennels and sniffing at chemicals and mop water while unattended. After cleaning, all other dogs were released first. Our dog got ~5 minutes of group play, then 2 minutes of attention, and was placed in a kennel in a second room. She was never let out again until we arrived. Other dogs repeatedly approached her kennel wanting to play. She play-bowed, barked, spun in circles, and cried to be let out. She was ignored. At one point, a trainer was on her phone, leaning against the counter, while responsible for supervising multiple dogs. With this level of inattention, a serious fight or injury feels inevitable. Staff knew our dog is a recent rescue from the county shelter and that our main concern was kennels and barking being triggering. That concern became reality because she was kenneled most of the time she was there. When we reported everything, the front desk staff were genuinely upset and stated they had told the trainer multiple times to let our dog out. Based on their reactions, it appears the trainers involved have known issues. Front desk staff also had camera access, yet no manager checked on the trainers or the new dog. We chose to leave rather than wait to speak with the trainer. This facility charges premium prices so dogs aren't kenneled all day, yet they couldn't keep our dog out of a kennel for even an hour. After pickup, our dog curled into a ball in the car--behavior we hadn't seen since the day we brought her home scared from the shelter. She's normally happy and excited for car rides. A trip to the dog park immediately restored her usual demeanor. They knew we were watching. If this is how dogs are treated when parents are actively monitoring, imagine how dogs are treated when owners are at work. I'm grateful I watched the entire time. Don't learn this lesson the harder way.
