Well I am a hot dog lover and I've never been here I live in Carson and we decided to try it out. Was the best hot dog I have ever had we had the Old Town with sweet potato fries which were delicious also their hand dip corn dogs are absolutely delicious. The corn dog sliders were perfect amount for those who don't eat too much. Very tasty dog and will definitely go back here it will be a regular place for us thank you. DogHaus started in Pasadena in 2010 and has now started to spread across the country. I haven't been to any other locations, so I can't really say if this location is better or worse than other DogHaus locations. The general theme is 'gourmet' hot dogs, with a modern twist. No plain beef dogs in a hot dog bun. The hot dogs (or sausage for some choices) are of excellent quality, wrapped in Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, with condiments that are applied with a swirl. I generally don't care for sweet foods, especially foods that are traditionally considered to be savory. I understand the need to try something different to stand out, but I would have preferred more traditional hot dog buns, or, at least, an option to use a more traditional bun. All the dogs and sandwiches are good. I can't really say any particular one is better or worse than any other, there just are different options, that are all pretty good in the end. My favorite is probably the Reservoir Dog, which comes with sausage, chili, slaw, and mustard. If hot dogs are not to your taste, the Bad Mutha Clucka chicken sandwich is a nice alternative. read more

Good selection of options but they should offer sides since it doesn't come with any. Came here on Saturday this past weekend! I originally was heading to fresh and meaty burger but after waiting 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my existence I left! I came to Dog Haus and upon entering I was immediately greeted by Terri. I ordered the Hang over Burger. And chilli cheese friends! Omg'! So good! The hangover burger is a smoke bacon, fried egg, Mayo and There own special chili in it! Sooo good! I highly recommend and will be returning soon! Who likes this place? Breakfast burritos were horrible. No type of flavor, just taste like fryer oil. The only thing that was enjoyable was the tater tots. Ordered the corn dog, only took a bit, it was over salty and full of oil. The ice machine was not working, which means warm drink. Service was ok, wait times horrible. Today I had the fortune of having Dog Haus. This chain has been around for a few years and the menu has certainly developed over the years. At the recommendation of the servers, I tried the downtown dog. It's a hotdog in a King's Hawaiian roll with caramelized onion, bacon, mustard and ketchup, and mayo. It's quite substantial and along with tater tots, a very filling meal. There's plenty of different hot dog and sausage menu items as well as sliders. The staff were helpful and the restaurant has ample seating and is very clean. There's a parking structure nearby and they serve local craft brews here. The food here is pretty good, not gonna lie. But the service wasn't so great. They messed up someone's order & there were multiple people waiting for their order for a long time. One guy ordered long before us & we still got our food before his even tho we got our order after 30 mins of waiting. His receipt showed that he pretty much waited for an hour, so he went to ask for a refund. The refund took long to get done too. With our order, the buns were pretty cold i was surprised about that & we didn't enjoy our food as much as we thought we would. read more

This review is for the service only, as the food is still phenomenal I've been to multiple Dog Haus locations and all of them are usually amazing, they are my go-to for creekstone beef burgers. However, this location has let me down far too many times with bad service. I came here for national hot dog day with a coupon for a free hot dog. I came around 7pm and they said they were out of hot dogs. No problem, that's not a big deal, so I asked if I can get the deal for any other item on the menu. I was told "No". I asked if I can get any discount at all if I get a burger or anything else. Same "No". It's disappointing that when a loyal customer (I've been here several times and have a loyalty account with them) comes with a deal that happens once a year and then gets told no for circumstances outside of their control. I could've easily ordered a burger which I enjoy but at least give me some sort of discount for the inconvenience of not providng the hot dog. This isn't the first time that this happened, this happened once before where I had a deal on the app for 50% off a burger, and for some reason the machine wasn't working and they couldn't honor it and that they couldn't do anything about it. No other discounts or promos as a courtesy. The coupon was officially from Dog Haus for this location, so it makes no sense. I will happily drive farther to the long beach location to get much better service. Shame that the service has driven my away from a burger than I enjoy. read more

The guy at the register was super friendly and patient while we figured out what to order. We tried their sausage, hot dog, tots, and sliders. Their food is the definition of BUSSIN BUSSIN. The portion, the flavor, and the variety is what makes this place a frequent for my girl and I. We get the chicken sandwich with Hawaiian rolls and the hot tots which are seasoned to perfection. I have also tried their burgers and they are so rich from the beef to the sauce it comes with. Also their packaging is top notch. It travels well so its great to door dash but equally as great to get in restaurant. This review is strictly on food. It was solely taken out, so this review does not include any service or irrelevant things like ambiance. This review is preference, so please take this as a grain of salt. I ordered the bacon breakfast burrito, cheeseburger slide, chili cheese tots, and haus slaw. The bacon burrito definitely has a big portion size. The burrito just had too much sauce. The spicy mayo sauce overpowers every bite and every ingredient included in there. The tater tots included in the burrito also make it very difficult to eat. There's no tangy element or some refreshing bite that no matter how hungry I was l, I could not take more than 2 bites. I was done. It's very rich. The chili cheese tots. Packaging was awesome as the tots were separated from the chili cheese. Awesome way to make sure the tots will not be soggy upon arrival. The chili cheese tasted great. I made the mistake of pouring the chili cheese onto the tots instead of dipping the tots separately. The tots were a bit cold but understood that it was take out. The haus slaw. Wow.... too much, mayo. It's not really cole slaw. It mayo slaw. Can't tell the difference between any of the vegetables cut in there. If you're thinking the haus slaw will help with the richness of the burrito, think again. Can't even tell the difference. At least get the burrito with no sauce if you really want to get these combinations. The cheeseburger slider was nothing special. Quite frankly, a waste of money. I can make this at home. However, this slider was the only thing that literally had no sauce. Go figure. read more
