My favorite food is pizza. So many chain pizzas around me, which is fine. But when you want to go for something other than chain pizza places like dominoes, Pizza Hut, or even Costco's pizza, I'll go to Doda's. I'll even say that Doda's pizza is my favorite pizza and I've only eaten there three times so far. I can't wait to come back. Oh yeah, for what it's worth, it's even better than Barro's pizza. I went here because of the 4.5 yelp review stars. I ordered an all-meat pizza. The pizza was just average. A lot of cheese and a minimal amount of meat. Crust was soggy in the middle. Taste was just ok. Perhaps the 4.5 star ratings is because of their other offerings, but definitely not for their pizza. Good part was the price was generally lower. read more

We order from Dodas pizza a lot. the food is tasty and generous portions and good prices. pizza is delicious. the pasta sishes are good also but over cooked pasta. also meatballs are good and sauce but sausage was a disappointment as it was over cooked and musshy. but the calzones ore also good. great people work there and clean. There are alot of Italian places and all of them promise scrumptious cuisine. Few of them deliver on those promises. Doda's Pizza doesn't bother with any false promises. Monday night, two wild children in tow, my wife and I entered Doda's around 7pm. We were immediately greeted by a young gentleman with glasses behind the counter, who offered us a menu, and asked if he could help us. Already, impressed, he suggested the large cheese pizza and wings, while we added some jalapeño poppers and cheese sticks to hold ourselves and the children off. A 5 star rating doesn't quite do the food and service justice. Jalapeño poppers were delicious, just the right amount of breading to jalapeño to cream cheese ratio. Cheese sticks came with ranch, and were a bit with the kids. We added pepperoni to our cheese pizza, and ordered honey medium wings. Wings were delicious, with lots of extra sauce, and extra ranch. The pizza was greasy and delicious, with more than enough cheese to satisfy any pizza lover's palate. For dessert we ordered two cannolis, one covered in Carmel and one in chocolate and strawberry, amazing. They put a perfect amount of filling, and toppings. Just wanted to make sure the hard work of those employees is noticed. Only thing that was kinda off putting was an older gentleman, I assume he owned the place. I while back I wrote a scathing review that was deleted due to terms of service. The reason for the bad review was that they did not deliver (they do now). I wrote a terrible review without even trying the food. Now I have been three times and order the same thing each time; a slice of cheese. It is SOOOO delicious and I'm glad I actually gave it a chance and happy to see they finally started delivering. That was smart move. They have the right condiments to go with it, INCLUDING garlic salt!! YES!! Now I now they are consistent with their slices, so next time I will order something else.
