Been coming to this location for awhile, but after eating the worst sandwich of my life I will not be returning. The girl that took my order was extremely rude and did not even give me a chance to add extra toppings before she wrapped it up, apparently completely miserable and unwilling to do her job. On top of that my Italian sub had a total of one slice of salami, pepperoni and cheese each, with the rest of the sandwich being a disgusting conglomerate of bologna. Chain restaurants are tougher to rate as the food options are pretty uniform and you know what you're going to get. Jersey Mike's is a family favorite for a quick and reasonably priced meal. It's hard to have amazing food or rave about fast type food like this. However, where chain restaurants do well in my part is when their location is ran by someone who cares to keep the restaurant in order with clean tables and dining area as well as well trained staff. That's what I felt gave this place a 5 star for me. The employee making the food was helpful and patient as I figured out an order on the fly. Three different size sub sandwiches offered. Hot and cold varieties. Mini - 5" Regular - 7" GIANT size (14"-15") is about $16. Gluten-free bread is an available option. Sandwiches are made to order. They slice the meat and cheeses fresh as you place your order. Condiments are very simple - shredded lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, oil/vinegar, S/P, and spices. The bread was just ok, like any subpar sandwich roll from a grocery store bakery. Online ordering is available. Parking is plentiful at this location. read more

I love Jersey Mike's, my wife and I moved, and we just realize there was a Jersey Mike's close to us so we took a trip. We used to get Jersey Mike's when we lived in the East Valley religiously. We moved to the west valley about a year ago. And upon further review, it seems as though their meat portion has gone down very substantially. The whole reason why we love Jersey Mike's because they didn't skimp on the meat, I guess they're buying into everybody else's business plans. I am very disappointed. I ordered 2 sandwiches through Uber Eats and I specifically ordered a giant #17 with no bell peppers. Instead I received a giant #17 with onions, jalapeños, and mushrooms. I can't take down anything spicy and since the jalapeños were cooked with the meat, the entire thing is way too spicy for me. I called the store 3 times to follow up, but they refused to answer the phone. I wasn't even able to leave a message since their voice mailbox was full. Very good subs. Also, very expensive. Had not been in awhile and got a little sticker shock. For 2 regular sized & 1 giant sub with combo option was $48. Enjoyed the subs nonetheless. Two fellas working (Thursday, May 20th, closing) were very nice and made wonderful subs. Sorry I forgot their names. While we were almost buzzer beaters, they still gave good service with a smile. Ok we are from Vegas and my son wanted Jersey Mike's for lunch and after reading the one post about how dirty it was I wasn't gonna take him. But I said well let's go and check it out and yes the slicer wasn't dirty it was used a lot as they were busy! No cross contamination as it's all cooked product. We tried Mikes yesterday. I asked questions regarding the size of the sandwiches. The guy mumbled something. I was confused and ordered two giants and three fountain drinks. My bill was over $46. Ordered here on 11/5/21. Whoever managed this location does a very poor job of it. Out of every type of bread except wheat and the bread was very stale. Out of sub fixings such as pickles, very little lettuce, peppercini peppers. The counters are not kept clean between subs either. No white wheat or any others. All of the bread was hard and stale. The meat on the cheese steaks was half as much as it usually is and the meat was burnt. We asked for fried onions and green peppers and the peppers were missing. We threw the sandwiches out and went to Uncle Sams a mile away. I walked into the location at 7410 W Bell Rd. Glendale, AZ 85308 No customers were in the restaurant, and there was one young man behind the counter. This was around 3pm. I said Hi upon walking up to the counter and didn't get a response back or a smile. He conveyed a feeling that he really didn't wanna help anybody. I turned around and walked out as I felt I was a interruption to his day. This place doesn't want your business. If I had someone like that working behind the counter at my business he would be long gone as that kind of service will drive this business under. It's too bad because their food used to be decent. Got to try this place out for the first time and it wasn't to bad. I've been craving a good pastrami sandwich, so I Googled it and was Jersey Mike's. So I was greeted by the gentleman slicing all the meats, right as I get ready to order. So, I ordered the #20 Grilled Pastrami Reuben. Didn't change anything, wanted to try it as it was. The difference between the picture of it on the menu to real thing is as different as night and day. BUT! The flavor was pretty good and a little messy with the thousand island dressing dripping out of it. I'd recommend this place, but it's still a little behind Jimmy John's for overall places to get a sub (in my opinion). I'll definitely be back, but ask for some extra meat next time. read more

This was my first visit to a Jersey Mike's which earned me a free cookie (nice touch!). There's something authentic about Mike's subs. The bread is crusty, soft, and fresh like a bakery. And the meat is sliced to order - very deli-like. I tried the #13 (otherwise known as the original Italian) and I had it Mike's way (standard toppings) including a delicious vinegar drenching. To this point Jimmy Johns had been my go-to sub place. But as much as I still love Jimmy Johns, Jersey Mike's seemed a little more homemade. Definitely a very nice change and an excellent first visit, including the fantastic and energetic service from the staff. Great first impression!!! read more

Exceeded my expectations. First time in a Jersey Mike's. I was surprised to find they have several hot subs and actually cook the meat on a hot grill, not just microwave it. My Big Laguna cheese steak sub was very good. One kid said his chicken ranch sub was very good even though they didn't prepare it exactly as ordered. The customer service in this establishment is by far the worst I've received at any restaurant. The last 3 times my wife and I have been in there, they are out of most items to make a basic sandwich. They start putting everything away 30 minutes before the store closes. My wife and or I have walked in a few occasions and the frontline employee that makes the sandwiches just stares at you like he's being inconvenienced.
