I just came from their big "unveiling." New name. After that, I doubt I'll get my new bike from…read morethere. They had a good turnout, but they weren't set up for it. There are was food (for sale--high price), but no tables or chairs ANYWHERE for people to sit. The program took about 45 minutes, outside, in the heat. No water available and again, nowhere to sit. Then they let everyone into the "new" dealership and said to sign up for the new rewards program. We waited in line for 10 minutes before anyone showed up, and then they had nothing set up. Parts were on sale. My husband waited for about 15 minutes for a salesperson to show up, then she couldn't help him because somebody else was in the computer. That's fine. We'll get his $1 exhaust elsewhere Update: We had some work done on my husband's bike here. Thinking about moving to their HOG chapter. The motor clothes sales people were really nice, even though their selection is slim. However, service is a total Charley Foxtrot. There's rarely anyone behind the counter, and when they wander out, they help their buddies first. Also, judging by their big light up sign, they're not very literate. "All makes and models accepted" not "excepted" unless you want them to stay away.

Ah, the old bait and switch--a timeless classic! The motorcycle was proudly advertised for $7,499,…read morewhich seemed like a fair deal... until the grand finale of the sales magic show, where poof! the price suddenly transformed into $9,946. That's quite a trick fee--almost $2,500 in "surprise!" charges. I half expected a magician to come out from the back with a top hat and announce, "For our next illusion, we'll make your money disappear!" If you enjoy playing financial roulette, guessing what the real price might be, or just love the thrill of disappointment, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and find a dealership where the numbers on the ad actually mean something.

I've been a bad boy. I let my 2007 Vespa GTS sit in the neighbors garage for eight years. I decided…read moreto yank it out and get that bad boy going again. I called my local Vespa dealer and they didn't wanna work on anything over 10 years old. But I got lucky, I found Alby at Sensible Repair Solutions. Located in Lake St. Louis just off interstate 70 they work out of a storage unit along with dozens of other businesses. The nice thing is, this helps keep the price down, but they still deliver quality work. I'm extremely happy with the job they did for me, I needed my gas tank flushed a tuneup, an oil change, and I needed my scoot gone through from front to back top to bottom and that's exactly what they did. I'm happy to have my Vespa running again and I couldn't be happier with the Service. Thank you!

yelp reviews are not completely true they only allow the reviews of those who use the app…read morecontinuously. I have had several positive reviews on my business yelp site that came from yelp customers. but never post because they don't frequently use the app to review businesses. yelp is truly a pay to play service. I've used alby several times and have never had any issues, he is to the book or doesn't do it. some people would find that breaking the rules is inconvenient and I can see how that would affect the reviewing process. simply put if you want a cheeseburger you don't go to an Italian restaurant. I recommend Alby to everybody that I can
