I went in to find a Harley to replace the one the love of my life lost while we were both attending aviation school. The staff was absolutely the best. They listened to me and helped me to give him his new 2019 Harley for Christmas last year. I could not have asked for better customer care than what they provided to me in this situation. In fact they began to get into the fun of the surprise. They delivered the bike on Christmas Eve and on Christmas I gave him his new bike. He was so surprised and humbled that he didn't believe it was his and for awhile would not even touch it. Thank you for going that extra mile to assist me in getting him his new bike. Recently I purchased my 3rd Harley from St Charles Harley. I would just like to say what a pleasant and easy experience it was. Remember that if you are shopping for a bike, it is a lot like shopping for any other vehicle. There are a lot of selections here, and the dealers are reasonable when you ask for reasonable things. Furthermore, they went out of their way to give me the best price for my trade in. The friendliness of the sales and customer service staff was upmost the best. I just purchased a new motorcycle at St Charles Harley Davidson, this being my second one purchased there in the last 5 years. They have made the buying experience about as easy as it gets. I live about an hour and half away and both times have made stellar deals over the phone. When i show up all the paper work is in order ready to sign making it about as painless as it can be for a major purchase. The customer service representative was very kind and professional. She made sure my wife and I were comfortable with the new software in the radio with a very in depth demonstration before she let us leave. We had previously heard bad things about the customer service so we were a little apprehensive but Eddie V. in sales and Zach in accessories definitely proved us wrong! We Bought our first brand new Harley here. 2020. Excellent experience. Our last bike was a '16 Heritage, buying a new 2020 Street glide was a totally different experience. Not only did they get me the correct information and part numbers, they also helped finding the parts I couldn't, then had them shipped to me faster then my Local HD could. Bought 2013 try glide ultra classic Mark was my salesman. We made this very simple All of our negotiations were done by phone I never saw the bike till I went to pick it up. It was exactly as he promoted it I paid for the bike towed it home by trailer and have never had a problem with it except for one battery which their service department drove 95 miles to pick up the bike took it to their shop replaced the battery and brought it back 95 miles.
