Tried to schedule a simple carburetor adjustment with their service department today, only to be told they no longer service ATVs, motorcycles or anything over 10 years old. I wonder if they mention that when a customer is making a new purchase. I'll never purchase anything from them again.

It is also a retail store. I admit I did some research on-line prior to coming in and I also phoned to speak with a salesman. When I arrived after work I perused the parking lot and then the showroom. They have a good number of UTVs, ATVs and motorcycles, Can-Ams. I was here to look at a Kawasaki and they had exactly one in stock. Armed with a salesman's name I wandered to the back counter and dropped the name. Within minutes I was introduced and being fed stats. The purchase was overall easy. There was some negotiating room despite the fact that the vehicle was the only one I could find in St. Louis that week. They also helped with some accessories at a discounted price. I was also offered to have the vehicle brought to my house within a certain mile radius. I deferred. My one complaint was that on the day I came to pick up my vehicle it was a little busy and I felt the pick up process was a little rushed. Overall a satisfying experience. I'll update this if I need to use their service department.

Didn't send 3rd supplement in so I had to get the run around from both stl powersport and State Farm. Chasing checks because the owner is only in once a week when he wants to be. If your going to Nickle and dime charge a customer atleast complete the work that was asked of you too do. Requested maintenance service was told no problem we can do it. Welp come to find out they didn't. Needless to say won't be back. Go to surdyke in festus they won't give you the run chasing answers around like this place and hold to their word.

They told me over the phone they had the right filter for my model, a Coleman. When I got there they told me they didn't have that filter and they would have to track it down and said I would have to wait. A little later they said they couldn't get it and I could only get the tire change. Still later they said they had ordered it and they were almost done. They were then "almost done" for three hours. Once I got the UTV back it ran tougher than ever so they screwed up the tune up as well. Shop Dogs is unprofessional and incompetent. I'm never going back.

Their shop is incredibly clean and bright. I don't say that lightly; there is a place for everything and the shop is kept remarkably clean. They are friendly, so very kind. They work with you and there is no bait and switch on the quote they give you. Honest and their work is without question, remarkable. They take tremendous pride in their reputation and it shows. Not only do they accomplish their magic on repairing vehicles, they repair motorcycles and they actually build motorcycles from the ground up for customers. It is truly amazing to be in their shop.
