They told me over the phone they had the right filter for my model, a Coleman. When I got there they told me they didn't have that filter and they would have to track it down and said I would have to wait. A little later they said they couldn't get it and I could only get the tire change. Still later they said they had ordered it and they were almost done. They were then "almost done" for three hours. Once I got the UTV back it ran tougher than ever so they screwed up the tune up as well. Shop Dogs is unprofessional and incompetent. I'm never going back.

Their shop is incredibly clean and bright. I don't say that lightly; there is a place for everything and the shop is kept remarkably clean. They are friendly, so very kind. They work with you and there is no bait and switch on the quote they give you. Honest and their work is without question, remarkable. They take tremendous pride in their reputation and it shows. I called this place and got a quote on 4 tires installed. After they were done they raised the…read moreprice, and later that day I noticed all 4 of my wheels had scratches around the rim through the powder coat down to the metal. I took my car back up there and the shop guy said that if the mounting machine was set incorrectly it could have messed them up. I then talked to the owner and he refused to do anything about their screw up. He said there was no way they did it which I find odd because the marks on all the wheels are the same. I told him I had pictures of my rims prior to them doing the work and he said he didn't care because they did not mess them up. The tires they replaced were the factory ones so if they did not mess then up then who else did. They were fine before I let this place touch my car. I have filed a complaint with the BBB on these guys. They are happy to take your money but don't stand behind their work at all.

He also looked at my bumper and told me that it only needed two screws to hold it in and he would do it for NOTHING. He even took the time to clean up the mess left from the duct tape. I would HIGHLY recommend Don's. They were very nice and great to deal with. I wish I had gone a year ago!!

Tried to schedule a simple carburetor adjustment with their service department today, only to be told they no longer service ATVs, motorcycles or anything over 10 years old.
