You select a base paleta (popsicle) with vanilla, taro, pistachio... Then you select a coating that they dip your paleta into, white chocolate, milk chocolate... Then they sprinkle on the topping of your choice, which includes the kinds of things you normally see at a frozen yogurt shop. A side note, they offer paletas wrapped in waffle cone. I assumed these would be chewy and soggy like the old drumstick ice cream cones I used to eat when I was a kid from the gas station. My wife loves waffle cones so she gave it a shot and we were both shocked that it had a nice flavor and was pretty crispy. I was very impressed that they figured out how to keep the cone tasting good. It was an incredibly kind gesture from a dear person in my life and I immediately got to work trying a bite of each one. They were fresh and tasty-my favorite was probably the Snickerdoodle, although the sugar cookie with a lemon hint was also a hit!
