I hate posting negative reviews and rarely do. I like to be positive and give good feedback when deserved but this is just sad and I did not get my moneys worth at all. I know fast food places never get the picture right to match with their food but this is absolutely unacceptable... this is my third time now and I will not be back unless the manager fixes this issue and fixes quality control. Flavors were only ok. But that's not the cookies fault. Crumbl is suppose to pride itself in its cooking and toppings but when their topping is 10% of what is shown on the picture then you lose all the flavor and point of the cookie at all. The only reason I gave 2 starts instead of 1 is because the shop itself was very clean and set up very nice. Easy ordering system on the app and in store. I really hope the owner and manager can fix the issues at hand and stop letting poor portions go out. In the picture look at the size of cookies and the lack of toppings. One Cookie is 4.25 inches like it's supposed to be and the other was only 3.75. Please give us what we pay for. The employees make the cookies right in front of the customer before being handed out so that means the 3 times I've had issues they just aren't doing it right. It's not a manufacturer issue. I was staying in a nearby motel so popped into Crumbl to satisfy my sweet tooth. I took a blind gamble and ordered a 4 pack to save a couple bucks but turned out to be too bold. You order from iPads in the lobby and then they box them up for you right away. I was in and out pretty quickly and received fine service. They have a rotating menu of about a half dozen options. The cookies are pretty dense. They tasted fresh but not like out of the oven fresh, if that makes sense. Classic chocolate chip was my favorite of the batch, but doesn't rank in my top 5 chocolate chip out there at all. I also got a white chocolate macadamia which was solid, but was disappointed by the Honey Graham one which had way too much icing (it just looked and sounded good at the time). The cookies have a nice crunchiness to them, but don't have that gooeyness unless you pop them in the microwave/oven for a bit. They're certainly not cheap either. Overall pretty meh as far as cookies go, a little let down and wouldn't go rushing back in, but wouldn't mind one if nearby and craving a chocolate chip. read more

Just ordered here and left. We paid for two cookies that both had an up-charge since they are specialty ones. After we paid, they informed us that one of them was out of stock and we had to choose another. Which is completely fine, but the issue was is they did not refund the difference from the specialty cookie. The employee was a little annoying but kinda ridiculous to be paying so much for two cookies and not even getting what you wanted :) read more

Terrible experience. Date night with wife, ordered online at 7 for curbside pickup. And arrived at 7:12, tagged I'm here on app, which said I'm first in line, and wait in the special stall. And wait. The lobby was busy, granted. I'm apparently used to the curbside being a seeming priority. Maybe they don't treat as such here. Walk in at 7:20 and wait at pick up counter to be ignored. Literally. Nothing. Customer on bench gets his box and friendly greeting. Still nothing. I wait for two families to get there orders, nothing. Ignored. Talk to order counter and yep, ignored. I have to ask the whereabouts of my curbside order. "What's the name"? "Oh we were out of X and there were several orders ahead of you." That's your customer service? Finally walked out at 7:30 after they boxed them up from scratch, again no greeting, parting, farewell. Unfortunately, wife loves the place. Me, I can easily do without. No love lost here. We've been to this specific location many times and have had no problems. Last weekend on Saturday about 3pm we came in to get a friend some cookies. We made our purchase on the iPad in the front and was easy to use, even using part of a gift card. The store was very busy but there was only one girl working. She was doing her best which was appreciated. We were informed just as she was about to make our order that they ran out of milk chocolate chip cookies. They close at midnight (shown on the website) and I was very disappointed to hear that they were sold out! read more

Ordered delivery in the app, got a message saying my order was delivered, but no cookies ever arrived. Called the store, they said they weren't sure what happened. Said I could drive there to get the cookies (which I couldn't and is why I ordered delivery) or they could cancel the order. Not happy they wouldn't call the delivery driver to find out where they sent my cookies or at least resend my cookies that I paid a $7 delivery fee for... The one star given is for the polite worker who I spoke with on the phone who at least tried to do more. read more

If only I could give a 0 out of 5 stars. One of the workers was very rude and basically screamed at my family to order. We did come in pretty late but weren't gonna order anything because most of the cookies were sold out. So my dad went to the front desk to go ask: "What's the best time to come in where all the flavors are available?", and she cut my dad off before he could even ask the question saying "If you're gonna order, you better order right now (she said it in a very hostile tone that wasn't needed at all and raised her voice a great deal). I can 100% buy cookies at other places and not be spoken to like I am a child or treated like I'm an inconvenience . She does not make me want to buy anything from Crumbl . First time at a Crumbl. Not impressed with the lack of friendliness from the staff. I think they said hello but never made eye contact when we walked in. Walked up to the counter and not one of the five young women working there said that we need to order from the kiosk. They just looked at us and said nothing. We looked around and then saw the kiosk. Having to order from a kiosk takes away any customer interaction that would make this a better experience. Only got a thank you from the girl whom gave us our order. Horrible, horrible customer service. As for the cookies, we got a variety. Vanilla sugar were very good, chocolate brownie very good, chocolate chip disappointing with very little flavor from the actual cookie and they were not fully cooked, birthday cake was good but not fully cooked. I was staying at a nearby hotel and decided to stop by. I ordered over the IPad only 1 cookie The place was not busy, only me and my son and partner. Once my single cookie was done the boy literally threw it across the counter to me. Didn't hand it to me or sit it on the table but literally threw it. I was shocked never had that happen to me. We stopped here just by pure chance after having some car trouble, and I'm so glad we did! When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how good it smelled. The second thing I noticed was that it was kept SUPER clean. The employees were wearing gloves, masks, and kept their hair up. There was contactless ordering, and they enforced social distancing protocols. They even have the design set up in a way that you can see where they make the cookies, where they frost them, and where they box them. As soon as we pushed the order through, we walked up to the front and a minute later, our cookies were boxed up and ready to go. The service was quick, efficient, and employees were friendly. The cookies themselves are soft, delicious, and extremely fresh. We got the frosted sugar cookie, butterfinger cookie, chocolate chip cookie, and the chocolate strawberry cheesecake cookie. All of them are tasty! 10/10 would recommend coming here and will be coming back when we pass through St. George again! read more
