My indulgent place to get a treat. I love the rotating flavors each week and friendly staff.

We ordered Crumbl Cookies to be delivered to my sister while she's in the hospital, hoping it would brighten her day. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with what arrived. The cookies looked flat, overbaked, and simply not appetizing. We've been loyal Crumbl customers for years and have always had great experiences, which made this order especially disappointing. It was disappointing that instead of bringing a smile to my sister during a difficult time, the cookies were such a letdown. Not only was it disappointing for her, but it was also embarrassing for us since this was meant to be a thoughtful gift. We know the quality Crumbl is capable of, which is why this experience was so surprising. We hope this was an isolated incident and that more attention will be given to quality control, especially for orders being sent as gifts. read more

Great diversity in their weekly selections. Sea Salt Toffee Skillet Cookie is a must try!

I hate posting negative reviews and rarely do. I like to be positive and give good feedback when deserved but this is just sad and I did not get my moneys worth at all. I know fast food places never get the picture right to match with their food but this is absolutely unacceptable... this is my third time now and I will not be back unless the manager fixes this issue and fixes quality control. Flavors were only ok. But that's not the cookies fault. Crumbl is suppose to pride itself in its cooking and toppings but when their topping is 10% of what is shown on the picture then you lose all the flavor and point of the cookie at all. The only reason I gave 2 starts instead of 1 is because the shop itself was very clean and set up very nice. Easy ordering system on the app and in store. I really hope the owner and manager can fix the issues at hand and stop letting poor portions go out. In the picture look at the size of cookies and the lack of toppings. One Cookie is 4.25 inches like it's supposed to be and the other was only 3.75. Please give us what we pay for. The employees make the cookies right in front of the customer before being handed out so that means the 3 times I've had issues they just aren't doing it right. It's not a manufacturer issue. It's a training or lack of caring issue. Maybe I needed to leave a bigger tip to get what I actually paid for? ‍ read more

Crumbl - Saint George - Semi sweet - Bakeries Near Me - Saint George, Utah

I was staying in a nearby motel so popped into Crumbl to satisfy my sweet tooth. I took a blind gamble and ordered a 4 pack to save a couple bucks but turned out to be too bold. You order from iPads in the lobby and then they box them up for you right away. I was in and out pretty quickly and received fine service. They have a rotating menu of about a half dozen options. The cookies are pretty dense. They tasted fresh but not like out of the oven fresh, if that makes sense. Classic chocolate chip was my favorite of the batch, but doesn't rank in my top 5 chocolate chip out there at all. I also got a white chocolate macadamia which was solid, but was disappointed by the Honey Graham one which had way too much icing (it just looked and sounded good at the time). The cookies have a nice crunchiness to them, but don't have that gooeyness unless you pop them in the microwave/oven for a bit. They're certainly not cheap either. Overall pretty meh as far as cookies go, a little let down and wouldn't go rushing back in, but wouldn't mind one if nearby and craving a chocolate chip. read more

Crumbl's Valentine's Day lineup is packed with classics and fun festive flavors, and they absolutely delivered this year. The Molten Lava was pure decadence--rich, fudgy, and overflowing with warm, gooey chocolate. If you love deep, indulgent flavors, this one is a must. The M&M Cookie was a nostalgic bite of childhood, with a perfectly chewy texture and just the right crunch from the candy coating. And, of course, you can never go wrong with their Milk Chocolate Chip--buttery, thick, and loaded with melty chocolate chips. The Strawberry Cake was soft, moist, and full of that sweet strawberry flavor, topped with a creamy frosting that made it taste like a slice of cake in cookie form. The Sugar Cookie was simple but perfect--soft, buttery, and topped with the cutest festive sprinkles. And finally, the Chocolate-Covered Strawberry had the perfect balance of rich chocolate and fruity sweetness, making it one of the most Valentine's-appropriate cookies ever. Every cookie was baked to perfection, and the lineup had something for everyone. Whether you're treating yourself or sharing with someone special, this week's selection is worth the splurge! read more

Amazing service i loved the way the cookies taste and they looked exactly like the photos

These cookies are Da bomb!!! Just wish they were all sugar free, lol. If you have a sweet tooth, check this place out!

Luv the peanut butter and jelly cookie it was delicious definitely made my day. Warm and fresh

I love that there are always new flavors. The employees are always nice. The stores are spotless.

Would be a good place, if they were a bit more upfront about their new premium up charge on about half of their products; would be even better if they weren't sold out of two or three offerings every single time I've been in. Day or night they are always "sold out." Clearly they need to plan better if they are going to put things on their menu read more

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhggggggggghhhh- It's not worth all the hype, the staff was lovely.

Just ordered here and left. We paid for two cookies that both had an up-charge since they are specialty ones. After we paid, they informed us that one of them was out of stock and we had to choose another. Which is completely fine, but the issue was is they did not refund the difference from the specialty cookie. The employee was a little annoying but kinda ridiculous to be paying so much for two cookies and not even getting what you wanted :) read more

On time delivery and delicious. Would order again! Loved the Oreo one! Perfect for a graduation party treat

Yummmm. I do wish the really good flavors came more often. Some of the cookies are not that great but when they get a good one it's GOOD. I love the kelylime pie and the tres leches sooo good read more

We've been to this specific location many times and have had no problems. Last weekend on Saturday about 3pm we came in to get a friend some cookies. We made our purchase on the iPad in the front and was easy to use, even using part of a gift card. The store was very busy but there was only one girl working. She was doing her best which was appreciated. We were informed just as she was about to make our order that they ran out of milk chocolate chip cookies. They close at midnight (shown on the website) and I was very disappointed to hear that they were sold out! read more

Terrible experience. Date night with wife, ordered online at 7 for curbside pickup. And arrived at 7:12, tagged I'm here on app, which said I'm first in line, and wait in the special stall. And wait. The lobby was busy, granted. I'm apparently used to the curbside being a seeming priority. Maybe they don't treat as such here. Walk in at 7:20 and wait at pick up counter to be ignored. Literally. Nothing. Customer on bench gets his box and friendly greeting. Still nothing. I wait for two families to get there orders, nothing. Ignored. Talk to order counter and yep, ignored. I have to ask the whereabouts of my curbside order. "What's the name"? "Oh we were out of X and there were several orders ahead of you." That's your customer service? Finally walked out at 7:30 after they boxed them up from scratch, again no greeting, parting, farewell. Unfortunately, wife loves the place. Me, I can easily do without. No love lost here. Nor vice versa. read more

The best!!! We love the service and the weekly rotating menu. Crumbl is always such a treat to bring home and the new store is super clean and good vibes. read more

I love this place highly recommend late night deliveries. I can't wait for tonight. I'll be ordering my cookies..

Ordered delivery in the app, got a message saying my order was delivered, but no cookies ever arrived. Called the store, they said they weren't sure what happened. Said I could drive there to get the cookies (which I couldn't and is why I ordered delivery) or they could cancel the order. Not happy they wouldn't call the delivery driver to find out where they sent my cookies or at least resend my cookies that I paid a $7 delivery fee for... The one star given is for the polite worker who I spoke with on the phone who at least tried to do more. read more

I went in and wanted a 4 pack. They should charge me for 3 boxes since I am not getting a 4 pack box. I asked to speak to a manager. Because the girl did not understand the logic. She then took the customer behind me instead of calling for the manager who was right in the back. She had an attitude of "whatever". I am not going back. read more

Cookies are always yummy and a big hit. Love that they offer more of a variety than just 4 cookies. The regular milk chocolate chip cookie is always a favorite. They know how to keep you coming back by offering a new cookie variety each week. read more

Love the variety of cookies each week. Always keeps me coming back! Also make fun gifts.

Love the Crumbl app. Great way to send a treat to friends and family! Very user friendly, we send orders often!

Wow! Won't be going back there! Hannah at the Crumbl on Hilton was awful! So rude and condescending. I can 100% buy cookies at other places and not be spoken to like I am a child or treated like I'm an inconvenience . She does not make me want to buy anything from Crumbl . I regret my purchase, I should have walked away. RUDE! Seriously Crumbl, do better! You lost a few customers today! Update! I have never been contacted by Crumbl. When I sent my mom to pick up the cookies, they called 10 min before our pick up time to say they were running late so my mom waited until 4:30 to pick up cookies that we were told to pick up by 4pm. She had to wait for OVER AN HOUR to pick them up! They were supposed to be ready at 4pm and she left there at 5:30! No apology, nothing! read more

First time at a Crumbl. Not impressed with the lack of friendliness from the staff. I think they said hello but never made eye contact when we walked in. Walked up to the counter and not one of the five young women working there said that we need to order from the kiosk. They just looked at us and said nothing. We looked around and then saw the kiosk. Having to order from a kiosk takes away any customer interaction that would make this a better experience. Only got a thank you from the girl whom gave us our order. Horrible, horrible customer service. As for the cookies, we got a variety. Vanilla sugar were very good, chocolate brownie very good, chocolate chip disappointing with very little flavor from the actual cookie and they were not fully cooked, birthday cake was good but not fully cooked. Will definitely go elsewhere. read more

Love their cookies , so soft and just the right amount of sweetness. Love the lemon flavor

If only I could give a 0 out of 5 stars. One of the workers was very rude and basically screamed at my family to order. We did come in pretty late but weren't gonna order anything because most of the cookies were sold out. So my dad went to the front desk to go ask: "What's the best time to come in where all the flavors are available?", and she cut my dad off before he could even ask the question saying "If you're gonna order, you better order right now (she said it in a very hostile tone that wasn't needed at all and raised her voice a great deal). Glad to say that we will never go back and offer our business at this location, we didn't deserve the hostile attitude at all! read more

Pumpkin cookie was not baked all the way through. Cookies were really not good - we cut into each one and didn't even finish them. This is the one cookie company where the box never gets eaten . read more

I was staying at a nearby hotel and decided to stop by. I ordered over the IPad only 1 cookie The place was not busy, only me and my son and partner. Once my single cookie was done the boy literally threw it across the counter to me. Didn't hand it to me or sit it on the table but literally threw it. I was shocked never had that happen to me. Weird experience. read more
