Upon approaching their booth greeted and she explained how they make their desserts. I bought as much as I could without taking everything because their was a line behind me. I can appreciate the artistic appeal of the fancy donuts that some shops are coming up with, but my go-to will always be the tried and true. Daylight gives me just that. A lot has changed in a year…read more The candy aisles are gone. They used to have bags of mints, fudge, nuts, none of that was there today. No cheese. None of the dolls that used to be there, by dolls I mean like Raggedy Ann and sock puppets and such. No sourdough bread. I did get some bread to try and some Jellies and of course apple cider but that was about it. My brother said we will go back for the apple cider and of course that is true, we will but the store seems to have shrunk quite a bit since last year when we visited. I did get some jams and jellies and some salsa as gifts for a party I am having in a few weeks and the cashier was nice (same guy as last year, I remember)

It left a clean mouth feel that was a dramatic departure from big box coffee. The food is made in-house. The bread is crisp and flakey on the outside and chewy inside.
