By far the best tactical gun shop in Vegas. Always well stocked and finely curated. Operated and run by people with real world experience who sell products they believe in. You may find other tactical outfitters in town with good stock, who may also have used their products in real world scenarios. What sets DNA Tactical apart is a level of customer service that is, unfortunately, not seen very often in the gun industry. They have always been kind and patient with me and with every other customer I've seen come through. I appreciate being able to ask questions of the highly experienced and trained staff and not being talked down to, but instead having my beginner, immediate, and higher level questions all given the same level of respect. If you've been to many gun shops, you probably know what I'm talking about and the level of customer service you can usually expect. There's a reason you will see so many police officers come by the shop to get outfitted or to talk with the guys at the shop. They know their stuff and officers trust them with their equipment. This place is quite the store experience. They keep all of their firearms in another locked room away from the general retail space. They have a ton of firearms here, perhaps more than any other two stores in Las Vegas combined. Safety of all firearms in this store was properly considered and adhered to first and foremost so it was a great initial experience. The staff that helped me, Jennifer I believe, was very friendly and gave me a lot of great details about nearly every firearm I asked about. The occasional sales they had here were also a great value. For the retail items though, it was frighteningly expensive, hence the four stars. If you're buying a firearm, you should definitely consider the friendly staff and great value from sale items. Review update for June 2018. Five stars. Been in a couple times had a rem 700 was ready to give up on. Gave me some things to try and now we are back in business.

I bought 2 30 round magazines for my HK416. Loaded them up with bullets and one of them jammed up after putting in about 15 rounds into the mag... I unloaded it, and reloaded, same thing... Would not take the capacity of bullets right out of the package without force. I took it back the next day, and they said we need to call HK. They would NOT give me my money back or just swap it out as I had another new one ready to go on the counter! A week later, they finally got ahold of HK, and says that HK needs the serial number off the gun, so I gave it to them. Got a call back a few days later saying that no such serial number exists on an HK.... Called HK, they said if I would have bought it from them they would swap it out, and also said dont ever deal with DNA Tactical again, if they wont swap it out, or give you your money back! Called DNA back and they said they cant do anything... So if you buy ANYTHING at DNA Tactical, they said they cannot warranty everything they sale. In other words, if you buy something from them, and its broke, YOU'RE STUCK WITH IT, as they will NOT return it, nor swap it out. DO NOT SHOP HERE! BIGTIME SCAM/RIPOFF read more

My friend is a marine who is deploying to Syria and he was asking me about any gun shops in the area. I guess the marines allowed him to purchase gear/equipment to take with him to Syria. I told him to check out DNA tactical. He came back to my place with all the gear he had bought and he looked like a kid on christmas morning. He told me that DNA tactical had all the gear that he needed with the exception of a specific radio pouch, which I assume no body really carries. If this shop carries everything that a marine needs to go to combat, then it is good enough for me. read more

I was referred here by a co-worker to purchase a rifle. Upon arrival I was greeted by Chris. I explained to Chris what I needed, and he was very knowledgeable with the rifles. That's odd for a tactical store not to carry boonie hats..... the girl working at the front entrance tried to rush me out telling me to go to sports wherever that is... First time coming to this store and wasn't treated fairly. A lady helped us or should I say not really helped just made a sale. We asked for ammo and she was rude the whole time she didn't inform us on what ammo is best she just assumed we knew which type we wanted for our gun. I asked for 9mm rounds for my gun and said I don't want hollow points and she asked self defense or range and I repeated my self I just want normal range and she still didn't understand. I would not recommend this store or to my group of friends who go out shooting... if I come to a store I expect to be treated with knowledge and respect. read more

I am so happy I found this place!!! This Gun Store is a hidden gem... OMG... One of the best gun stores I've ever visited. Can't believe I hadn't found them earlier... Great firearm selection (one of the best I have ever seen in one location in a hidden room, wink...wink) and gear... gear... and more gear (Top notch brands and very fairly priced). Wish more gun stores were like this one and took pride in the selection of inventory displayed!!! Store is extremely clean, well organized and easy to find stuff! A bit disappointed they didn't have a larger selection of Night Vision products considering all the duty gear they had, but definitely stocked full with almost everything else you can imagine. Rarely write reviews, but kinda hard not to after my visit. Hats off to these guys as staff is very professional, true Subject Matter Experts and they have a real Gunsmith onsite. Rare to find that these days, mostly Armor's that can do basic repairs and sight installs at best, but in this case, a true machinist. If you're in the market or need a good store, this is the place to go. I can't image shopping anywhere else after my visit. This place is amazing. Everything you could want in one place. It is so clean and organized and FULLY STOCKED!!!! It's so packed with gear you can't even see the walls. I normally don't tell people about places like this because I want it all to myself, but the staff are so amazing and the owner I met was a top notch guy. Prices are low but quality is high. Cheaper then what I could find online and you get to feel it in your hands before you buy. Gun selection was awesome gear selection is phenomenal.
