Well well lots of things can be said about this place! I literally went in 2 weekends in a row cause of how amazing this place is - from everything they have in stock to the friendly employees who really care, and all are crazy knowledgeable!! I came in having some real basic questions (some I really probably should have know...) and they treated me way past my expectations!!! On two separate I had DNA Tactical work on my AR-15. I was really impressed with the workmanship, speed and pricing. They cleaned my rifle before and after working on it. I was in town and had the pleasure of visiting DNA Tactical. I walked into the store and I was impressed with the selection of product that was there. I was really only going in there to look at their selection and needed a pair of gloves but after looking around I decided to pick up some ammo, a knife and I ordered a crimson trace laser (Thank you JKon you sold me on it). JKon ugh she knows her stuff. I also spoke with Scott their gunsmith about an issue I was having with one of my handguns. He explained the issue to me and gave me insight on how to fix it. I went home and that was the problem. While I was very enthusiastic JKon took me into their backroom where the selection of guns was impressive. There were a couple that DNA had that I have not been able to find in stock anywhere. We went to this shop several times looking at guns before making a decision. Each and every time, Chris and Ted spent time answering questions and discussing options. This shop can be a little intimidating when you first enter because of the quality/quantity of weapons and equipment, but the staff quickly makes you feel right at home! I've been taking my business to DNA Tactical for a little over a year now not just because they have everything you can think of but if they don't have it the awesome staff that works their will go out of their way and search their distributors websites to see if they can order it for you! They also have a great selection of products, it's definitely your one stop shop, and they have good pricing!I've gone in a couple of times and they don't have what I'm looking for, so I spoke to Cherokee to see if they maybe had some extras SafariLand duty holsters and a single strap leg shroud with a drop flex adapter and QLS 22 laying around, she didn't have to go check she could have told me to come back at a later date or leave and call back in a few days but instead she went to their warehouse and looked for them. It's hard to find that kind of customer service now a days! She didn't have any extras laying around so she gave me the SafariLand catalog and I picked out what holster I wanted it and for what firearm and she went to the website and ordered it for me and it would be here in about a week. Well the customer service didn't stop there, she gave me a call and told me that my complete order had arrived, so I went down to go pick it up. Mind you I was expecting to have to spend time putting the whole holster and leg shroud assembly together and getting it ready for work because we all know the factory usually doesn't do it for you. But there was another awesome member of the Staff named Ted that worked there and when I arrived Cherokee greeted me when I came through the door and she also remembered who I was so I didn't have to explain why I was there. She said she's gonna run to the back and grab my order so I waited in the front and just strolled around looking at some things. Cherokee and Ted both came to the front and Ted said that he normally doesn't do this but since I was patient and worked with them on ordering the parts from the factory and waiting a week for the order he took time out of his busy day to assemble the whole system together for me. He also gave me some advice and tips on how he uses his equipment in training which I didn't take for granted because that's how I carry my equipment at work now. Granted I did give it a trial period to see how I would like it before I totally set it in my ways at work. But I wouldn't change it for anything now! I also would like to thank their Gunsmith Scott, he does excellent work! He's done some work on some of my firearms and I wouldn't go anywhere else! If I buy a new firearm privately from an individual, I always take it to Scott to have him do a diagnostic on it before I shoot it, and yeah Scott doesn't have to take time out of his day, could tell me to fill out the Gunsmith form and leave it with him for a day or two and he'll take a look it at but instead he comes out from his workshop and greets me with a handshake and asks how I am doing every time! That's why I am a repeat customer with all 3 of them! So I would like to thank Ted, Cherokee and Scott at DNA Tactical for all their hard work and of course the customer service that they have that gets this review 5 stars! read more

Worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I stood at the counter with about $150 worth of merchandise ready to check out. The guy in front of me and the cashier just sat talking while I waited in line ready to check out. When I asked if he could heck me out he said I had to wait and this guy was as here before me. I sat for another 5 minutes then dropped my stuff and left. Gun shop workers are usually pretty helpful but this was horrible. Try somewhere else. I would NEVER return. read more

Great selection and service. I came in with my husband and son just so I make sure they don't go crazy buying their "toys". But I came out with my own toy (a pistol) instead.
