The first pair came in with the lenses NOT MADE CORRECTLY. After going through a second visit and thorough recheck, it has taken too long to get my eyeglasses delivered. I was warned it may take some time...since they had been pushing a sales event..however, MINE PROBLEM WAS THEIR SCREW UP. I think I will go back to WAL-MART for future pairs of eyeglasses.

The paperwork was pretty straight-forward and took very little time. The doctor who performed my examination was very nice and quick. I have pretty poor taste in fashion so the woman that was assisting me helped me find a pair that was within my budget and look good on me. She didn't try to upsell me on any extras for my lenses that didn't seem needed for the work I do like some other places I've been to. I will definitely be going back when I need another pair of glasses or contacts in the future.

The other employees were dishonest and will con you to purchase eye wear that are not needed or covered by your insurance. Also, they over charge you for a simple eye exam and make significant errors with your insurance billing. One tech stood over me with her long nails and waved them in my face when I inquired about the billing which was incorrect. My goodness, this was a horrible experience and I am not returning. Unfortunately, I am out of $400.00 and the eye wear gives me vertigo. I hope others are not treated like I was treated.

I have always had a pleasant experience coming to Doctors On Sight. The front desk staff has…read morealways been super helpful; the optometrists take the time to explain in further detail answers to any questions I may have. I have even taken my 6 year old son for an eye exam and it was smooth sailing. Two minor issues that did catch my attention... I was a little saddened to find out when I went for an exam and new frames that they no longer carry Gucci frames (yea, I'm a tad boujee); however, I did find an awesome pair of grey Prada frames that are amazing! The gentleman and young lady who assist with the fittings were phenomenal! Super helpful and gave their honest opinions when I was trying on frames. Second issue is that it took about an extra week and a half for my frames to arrive for me to pick-up. Now, I don't think this was any fault of Doctors On Sight, but I kept getting quotes that my glasses would be ready on a certain date and they weren't. I was super PRESSED for my new glasses (like a kid at Christmas) and would call back every few days for an update. All in all, my family will be back and the interior upgrade makes this place look even more welcoming and up-to-date!

No matter how many times I clean it it was still painful so I had to pull the glasses out. My medical doctor couldn't see me soon so I went to Dr. Cohen at doctors on sight and he diagnosed it as a corneal abrasion. One week of just wearing glasses, antibiotic eye drops and eye ointment and I was good as new. Yes I've read other reviews and their eyeglass prices are pretty high, but it's a professional environment with competent staff. I'm not going anywhere else.

Then I went in the exam room and that's where I had a telehealth appointment with the doctor to discuss my change in prescription. It was a bit odd to be speaking to the doctor on a screen. But neat! The Doctor was very nice and quick. I didn't order any glasses this go round. I ordered 3 months worth of contacts. The price wasn't too bad but its definitely the most I've paid for in the past. I will probably only buy my glasses here and order my contacts elsewhere. My contacts were ready for pick up today which is almost 2 weeks. Again, I've never had to wait that long for my contacts at other places. Customer service was great and I had no issues at all. I'll probably be back because of the location and its not too far from my home.

Also ordered glasses and trial pair of contact because they had very little trial pairs in stock. I waited almost two weeks for trial pair of contacts. After finally allowing me to order contacts, customer service was horrible. Agents had me waiting on the phone for 30 minutes and never came back to phone. Then I had gone into the location, just for them to say my contacts were never ordered. This is the worst Visionworks, save yourself sometime go somewhere else.

Hello - I found it mind bothering that in 2026.......2026, this doctor/location does NOT offer or…read morehas the capability to submit online vision screenings to the MDOT/MVA which is required for renewal of driver's license online. Additionally, I was told that the doctor could complete the required form for a $20 fee, WOW! However, I would still need to get the completed form to the MDOT/MVA. That sounded completely crazy to me, so I simply went directly to the MDOT/MVA and had them do the screening on site FREE of charge. Makes one wonder - Are the systems at this location outdated with no intention of upgrading in order to collect $20 from patients for a document you still have to take to the MDOT/MVA for processing? Such a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT and VERY INCONVENIENT!! Maybe time to make a switch.
