Slow, slow, slow! I have been my mother's driver for her last visits here and they consistently…read moreoverbook. And the woman at the front desk is so busy talking and gossiping with people that she ignores people checking in. The last time I brought her here the front desk skipped over her because they weren't paying attention! We waited almost an hour and it was only when Mom stepped up and asked when she would be seen that they noticed she was there! "Oh, I thought you were a no-show." Good care by the doctor but you have to be able to deal with the front desk to make it to him.

Best experience I have ever had. Considering I have lived all over the world and at 35 (having been…read morein glasses since I was 8) I have seen my share of optometrists. Dr. Cohen is clearly very passionate about what he does. He is deeply educated in all matters of the eye and his ability to explain a wide array of questions were done with an eagerness to inform that is rarely seen today. I truly appreciate that he took his time making sure I was could see absolutely perfect. As for the staff, they are equally as impressive and some of the sweetest folks you will get to work with. I am considering corrective eye surgery in the future and look forward to working with Dr. Cohen and his wonderful staff again. It is always nice to go into a new place and feel like you just stepped back into the small home town place you grew up in. Thanks for making me feel at home! :)

The first pair came in with the lenses NOT MADE CORRECTLY. After going through a second visit and thorough recheck, it has taken too long to get my eyeglasses delivered. I was warned it may take some time...since they had been pushing a sales event..however, MINE PROBLEM WAS THEIR SCREW UP. I think I will go back to WAL-MART for future pairs of eyeglasses.
